With an area of 70 m2 and a smart and functional distribution, it can accommodate up to 4 people in its two comfortable bedrooms with two bathrooms and a lovely patio where to enjoy breakfast or al fresco dining. Stylishly decorate, the property combines a selection of antique furniture with Oriental and art deco pieces. The living area has stucco walls, and the selection of decorative textiles is as eclectic as it is exquisite.

Arrival and departure. Check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; check-out by 11:00. Should you require to arrive or leave earlier or later, you must request this at the time of the booking. We will endeavour to accommodate your request; however, this will depend on availability, and an additional fee may be incurred.  
Cancellations. Cancelling more than 14 days prior to your arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. Cancelling between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival will entitle you to a refund of 50% and cancelling between 2 and 7 days will entitle you to a refund of 25%. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance of the planned arrival date will mean that no refund can be given, and the full rental amount will be withheld.  
  
Additional information.The minimum stay we have in Seville is 2 nights, and 5 nights over the Easter and Seville Fair period. The property is fully equipped, including high quality bedlinen and towels.  
Total rental fees must be paid prior to arrival (with a minimum of 14 days in advance), together with the corresponding security deposit.
