Carefully designed, well equipped, and with a maximum capacity of 4 guests, located on the first floor. Situated in a very local area in the historic city center, in a magnificent newly built building with elevator and rooftop swimming pool + solarium. The living room features a sofa, TV, and a large dining table. The open-plan kitchen integrated into the living area is modern and fully equipped (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.). The apartment is also equipped with a hairdryer, iron, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating. The bedroom has two single beds (90x190 cm) and a modern bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower. The apartment is located on the second floor of an elegant, newly built building with a beautiful interior courtyard featuring an olive tree, from which the different apartments are accessed. In the basement, there is a shared area with washing machines, dryers, and portable drying racks. You will also find cleaning utensils there (broom, dustpan, mop, etc.), stored there due to space, for you to use whenever needed. The neighborhood is a very local and lively area in the city center, with a wide gastronomic offer, bars and restaurants, culture, and local lifestyle. From here, you can walk to the main points of interest in the city. We are not a hotel nor a serviced apartment. Additional cleaning services or other extra services are available upon request. We will make you fall in love with Seville through “Eva Recommends,” enjoying a lovely experience while staying in this exclusive apartment. The only problem is that you won’t want to leave. The property includes, among others: Crib available upon request Air conditioning and heating Wi-Fi TV Fully equipped kitchen Natural light Shared rooftop swimming pool and solarium Shared laundry room with washing machines and dryers in the basement, where you will also find cleaning utensils and a portable clothes drying rack Hangers in the wardrobes Bed linen provided, plus 2 towels per guest (one bath towel and one hand towel) and a bathroom shower mat Check-in from 4:00 pm. Communal solarium terrace with a bright lounge area with kitchen and a small outdoor swimming pool (not heated), offering pleasant views. Open every day of the year from 8:00 am to 12:00 am. 🚫 Smoking, making noise, organizing parties or events, or improper use of the facilities is not allowed. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the guest being directly responsible for any damage or incident caused, with penalties and possible eviction. The building has security cameras in the common areas to ensure the peace and safety of all our guests.
