Welcome to our cozy apartment located on the charming Vargas Campos street, in the heart of Seville. Perfect for couples or small groups, this space offers an authentic experience in one of Spain's most vibrant cities.   
  
The apartment features a master bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ideal for resting after a day of exploring the city. The living room has a sofa bed that can comfortably accommodate two additional guests, making the space perfect for up to four people. The bathroom is fully equipped to meet all your needs.   
  
Enjoy the charm of Seville from the apartment's two balconies, which allow natural light to flood in and provide a view of the Sevillian streets. Although the balconies are not furnished, they are the perfect spot to relax and feel the city's breeze.   
  
Conveniently located, you'll be just steps away from major tourist attractions. The Cathedral and Giralda are a 10-minute walk away, as is the Alameda de Hércules, where you'll find restaurants and shops. This apartment is the ideal base for your stay in Seville!

‼️ Deposit Required:We request a security depositto cover any potential damages or accidents. A pre-authorization will be processed through a secure networkat least 24 hours before arrival.   
  
Loss or non-return of keys will result in a charge deducted from the deposit.   
  
‼️ Only registered guests are allowed to stay.   
  
Parties, disturbing other guests or neighbors, and loud music are strictly prohibited. We monitor noise levels.   
  
Failure to comply with these rules will result in an extra charge of 50% of the total stay as a penaltyor immediate expulsionfrom the accommodation.
