It has capacity for 5 people. It has two spacious rooms, both with comfortable single beds and a modern double sofa bed in the spacious living room. It is perfect for couples, families with or without children and friends. As soon as you enter the house you access a beautiful central bright interior patio, full of plants and flowers, which transmit calm and freshness. The kitchen is brand new and is equipped with appliances and cooking utensils. It also has a washing machine for the use of our guests. In the living room you will find a nice and comfortable sofa, TV and dining table for 5 people. The apartment was exactly how the listing described it as. Check in was really easy as the host left a lock box at the front door and sent us instructions as we arrived late. The apartment was clean and super spacious. The washer was a big pro! And the wifi worked perfectly and was fast as we remotely worked. Clean, spacious but lacking in many conveniences. No body soap, no face cloths only small body towels. Kitchen photo online shows an electric coffee carafe pot but there was none. Only an old stove too expresso maker. They need to update the photo. Kitchen tiny, no paper towels or napkins-which certainly come in handy as a nice convenience for travelers. Communication wasn’t ideal. Had to wait for Javier to show up and meet us-although he was kind and gave plenty of information to us. two great cafes downstairs for a morning bite. ##### Kerry E. The apartment was spotless, Aircon in every room and all the amenities needed for a family of 4\. The location was excellent for walking into Seville centre, which we did often. The only thing to note is parking, make sure it is explained to you clearly as we did struggle for the first few days which cost us a lot of money! Make sure you take ear plugs if you want to sleep, the restaurants over the road are really noisy and the main bedroom gets all of it.
