The area is divided into two sections: a seating area with a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double sofa bed, and an auxiliary table, as well as a dining area with a table and seating for up to six people. One of them includes an en-suite bathroom, while the second, also complete, is separate, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The location is, without a doubt, one of its major highlights. It is situated on the iconic García de Vinuesa Street, just steps away from the majestic Seville Cathedral and Giralda, and close to the Royal Alcázar. Très bien placé à 2 min à pied de la Catedrale dans une rue très animée pendant la journée mais à 00.00 - 01.00 tout est calme. Les deux chambres donnent côté cour dont pas souci pour le bruit de la rue mais si jamais ils utilisent le lit canapé du salon il faut savoir que avant minuit ce sera un petit peu compliqué mais il faut sortir on est à Séville pour profiter des petits restos à tapas entre autres! Un mot pour l excellent travaille des gens qui gèrent l appartement qui sont présents et l écoute dès la réservation et pendant tout le séjour . BRAVO ET MERCI. Nous avions réservé avant celui ci un autre apartament via Expédia toujours . Le propriétaire n a jamais donné signe de vie et le numéro portable était faux. We stayed in Seville for 2 nights in this vacation rental. It was very hot outside during our stay, but the apartment was nice and cool. The location was phenomenal, 2 minute walk from the Cathedral, multiple restaurants, bakeries and shops. You really couldn't beat the location. It was easy to walk to and from all of the stuff we did in Seville and take breaks at the apartment whenever we needed to get into the A/C for a bit. We loved that the bedrooms were towards the back of the apartment and could not hear the noise on the street at all! Beds were very comfortable! The only thing I would critique is that the furniture in the living room is starting to get a little overworn and old. It might be time to replace the couches soon. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a washer. The main bathroom was great, some of the lights and shower wasn't working properly in the 2nd bathroom. Seville has been our favorite so far! The only issue we had was that the internet did not work. ##### Tom K. Séjour de 2 nuits en juillet 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### s h. 26 juin 2024 #### Not what we expected I really struggled to decide how to leave this review as I enjoy leaving positive feedback but need to be honest. I was never given the opportunity to stay in the apartment that I booked. I was contacted two days before arrival with the property manager saying that there was an AC problem. They offered only a 20% discount to continue the stay in 95 F heat (not a reasonable option). Optionally, they then offered another apartment with no discount ( as if it were comparable). After viewing the carefully staged photos, we requested a discount as it didn’t seem comparable. The property manager accepted. With only a couple days to decide, we accepted the offered property. Upon arrival we had to wait 25 minutes for the property manager (in the heat) to check in despite closely coordinating our arrival times as requested. After seeing the small apartment, we wished we had asked for a larger discount. After finding a dead roach, we wish we cancelled. After having only two rolls of toilet paper in the apartment for 3 days with 4 people and told to purchase our own (by the property manager) we had to laugh and regret. I will always remain curious what my original booking would have been. I can say that I used Genteel homes in Malaga and the staff and experience was much better. I believe that this management group needs to treat its Customers with more compassion and work harder to give them a better experience. ##### s h. "Brand new" is a bit relative, the property has been refurbished, maybe a year or 2 ago. All sights are within walking distance. The apartment is very well maintained. The contact with the agency was very pleasant. Check-in was smooth. There were some minor housekeeping issues so we contacted the management company. They quickly sent someone over to take care of it. Very responsive. The apartment has gorgeous marble floors and fixtures - really stunning - and large. The bedrooms are located away from the street so are quiet. Beds are comfortable and sheets and towels are good quality. Bathrooms are luxurious. This is not a cheap apartment, so a couple of things to improve. The furniture with white upholstery needs replacing due to stains (dining and bedroom chairs); the living room area rug needs to go (stained). We rolled it up and pushed it out of sight. There is a little peeling wallpaper and off-the-rod drapery in the back bedroom - a simple repair. As a firefighter’s daughter I add one other caution. Like many places in Andalucía, there is a wooden front door for the street entrance. A few feet inside this door is a floor-to-ceiling iron grate, with a locked gate. The main door has a latch you can open from the inside without a key, but the gate requires a key - both to enter and to leave. If yout leave the flat without your key (heaven forfend in an emergency) you would be stuck between the apartment door and the gate - unable to exit. In my opinion, the gate needs a keyless electronic unlocking device on the inside of the gate somewhere - for safety. I have seen this in similar rental situations. Overall excellent apartment. Most of the attractions are within a comfortable walking distance. Taxis are reasonably priced and there is a stand close to the apartment. Good communication and flexibility with the check in. The street is cobbled and there is a bar next door which can generate noise. You are in the centre of a vibrant city and as we know and appreciate our hosts love to project. This is part of the atmosphere and fortunately the bedrooms are at the rear of the apartment and are a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle. Wi-Fi was good. Spoilt for choice as far as food and drinks are concerned. Downsides: The bedrooms can get a little stuffy without aircon which we prefer not to use at this time of year. I could write a novel in the time it took for the hot water to reach the basin in the en-suite. More channels on the TV would be nice. Oh and having to leave. ##### Mark W. Bedrooms are in the back and are very quiet. Kitchen is well equiped. There are trees outside the windows so it seems you are in a park. There are two air shafts which are great for drying laundry. The washing machine works well. Lots of eating places and food stores nearby. There is a place on the other side of the cathedral with great tapas at reasonable prices set in a tenth century Moslem building Everything was easy walking distance even for us seniors.
