The high step to get into the tub without a rail to hold onto is a safety hazard for senior citizens. We are hoping and praying that she will recover without any problems. It was an added touch that the cabin was decorated for Christmas. There were plenty of games to play for the adults and kids. We also did s’mores by the fire pit outside. There was plenty of room for all seven of us. We really enjoyed the cabin and being close enough, but yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I give 5 stars to everything but the drive up to the cabin. The road was steep and took a bit of getting used to when navigating to and from. After a couple of drives up and down the mountain it was second nature. There was plenty of room for our 3 separate house holds. It was very clean, the furniture was comfortable. The roads up to the cabin were very curvy and tricky at night but had some breath taking views at sunset. We saw wild turkeys in the back yard everyday. The only complaint I have is the kitchen cabinets door was broken, there were no extra blankets and the upstairs tub was not working properly. The water would not drain out.
