Getting Around:  
  
For the most part, it is a very easy drive. The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place.

The owners are responsive and addressed concerns right away. The unit we were in had damaged cookware and they had a new set delivered from the store that day. Checked in and made sure everything was good from the time of reservation until we left. We have rented from them before and will use them again in the future.

#### Quiet and Comfy weekend get away. 

My family and I used this location for a weekend stay where we could bring our pet. My kids loved the bunk beds along with the arcade game in their room. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The location is close enough to all fun and attractions but far enough to not be in the thick of it. Perfect location actually! Would stay again and recommend to others.

#### Long weekend visit. 

It was easy to find and check in. Very clean and well stocked. It was spacious and made for a lovely stay. We only cooked 1 meal but had we wanted to cook more it would have been easy and we would have had all we needed. Hosts communicated timely and gave great information.

#### Great for a quick getaway 

The property is in a great loacation for anything you'd want to do in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area and the price is definitely right. Not a cabin feel but still very cozy and private enough. The beds are SO comfortable and the hot tub was very nice and clean. Note that it is a bit small, honestly, two people comfortably at best. But still very nice after a long day of adventuring. Kitchen had everything you needed to make meals. Hosts were very informative. We would definitely stay again!

#### Dollywood Time

We brought twin grandsons to enjoy one of their fav places - Dollywood. The location of our condo was just minutes away from the fun. The condo was perfect for the four of us (could definitely house more). Accommodations were as described. It would be nice to have a comfy chair in the master and especially the living room. The owners were great at communication. We would definitely consider this property for another stay.

#### Family getaway!

The condo was exceptionally clean! We were very impressed! Just a few minutes to Dollywood and fun activities in Pigeon Forge. We were able to use our GPS and take backroads and avoid most of the traffic. Overall rating an excellent plus! Will definitely stay again!!

#### Disappointing

The whole stay was a fiasco before arriving. A grill was listed and we did our grocery shopping planning to grill every night. Once we had arrived there was a terrible smell coming from the dishwasher. The next day the plumbing was backed up and the sinks and dishwasher were full of water and the smell got much worse. When we contacted the owners we were simply told to not use any plumbing downstairs. The owners did give a partial refund and seemed very interested (to the point of pushy) to receive a 4-5 star review. Unfortunately it wasn’t a 4-5 star stay, by a long shot.

Good location. Only 10-15 minutes away from all the attractions. Nice quiet neighborhood away from the all the noise. Plenty of room for the family. Can’t beat it for the price!!
