The check in was super quick and easy. The cabin was clean and wonderful. The hot tub was hot and ready to dip into when we arrived which was amazing. It’s close enough that going to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge was easy but far enough out that you don’t feel right in all of it. It was quiet and peaceful. You’re also in the middle of the sugarlands entrance to the park or the wears valley entrance so you can take multiple approaches into the smokies. The property management company is nice with good communication but you have to check in and out of their office which is close by but adds an extra step - it would be nice if they just had an electronic lock/door code. The 2nd bedroom is a loft with it's own bathroom, my 17 year old daughter liked it up there - she said it was private enough, you cannot see up there from the living room.
