The space
This charming two-story cabin is nestled cozily in the woods of the Smoky Mountains,
privately located within a quiet community. With two decks and a spectacular mountain
view, it is the perfect place to relax and soak in the sights and sounds of the Smoky
Mountains.
Decorated with a rustic charm, the cabin's interior feels cozy and inviting – a place
where you can kick your feet up and relax in front of the fireplace after a long day of
activities in the Smokies.
When you’re ready to wind down for the night, the cabin’s three bedrooms are well
stocked with pillows and linens and any other amenities you might need for a restful
sleep.
Snow days?? This cabin is ideally located to relax and enjoy the snow.
The cabin is situated within a well managed HOA, maintaining the roads and
neighborhood to provide consistent experience.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason,
we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.
★ NO PETS ★
This is a no-pet cabin. If pets are found onsite you will be asked to leave, and a
minimum cleaning charge of $150 will be applied.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee
due to payment for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
★ ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS ★
The entire region is very hilly and can be challenging to navigate.
We recommend downloading an "offline map" in your G00gle Maps program. It will let
you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell
coverage.
To do this, it's easy:
1. Open the G00gle Maps app and log in.
2. Search for Pigeon Forge. Zoom in/out so that the map you see contains everything
from Gatlinburg on the bottom to Sevierville on the top. Don't be afraid to zoom way out
because it'll get everything in between.
3.
On iPhone: Tap the name, tap More..., select "Download Offline Map > Download."

On Android: Tap the name, select Download, click Download
★ WILDFLIFE ★
Do not feed or interact with the bears or any wildlife. Make sure all trash outside is
placed in the bear proof trash bins. Never leave trash bags or food outside.
★ INCLEMENT WEATHER ★
The last 3 minutes of our road will be impassible during ice or severely inclement
weather. Four-wheel drive is recommended. In case of snow, there is a possibility of
loss of power, due to the nature of the trees and power lines throughout the mountains.
