Very comfortable with great amenities - the hot tub/deck was a hit, and the Instagram wall was adorable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and because there are no street lights, it was very dark at night - fantastic for a good night's sleep. (But lots of airborne bugs are attracted to the porch light - so be prepared to rush in/out at night.) Lots of grass around to walk your dog, and we always felt safe doing so. Location is a plus and a minus - quiet neighborhood far away from the congestion of the Parkway, but then we had to drive to everything. Fortunately, it was an easy 10-minute drive to anyplace in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville, so it was never a problem. ##### Robert R.
