Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these. Parking Details: \- Please make sure you park in the designated property parking locations only. If your home offers street parking please make sure you read all posted signage. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Off the parkway with plenty of things to do around without having to get back in the parkway. The house was nice, looked a little old on the inside. Needs to be updated. The picture makes it look bigger than it is, but our family of 7 had plenty of space. We had a problem with the air conditioner and the hosts were very responsive and had someone come out to look at it. The house was clean but carpet and floors were worn and dirty from use. There were plenty of plates, utensils, pots and pans. The ice maker didn’t work. There was 2 towels on each bed for use for double occupancy room to use for showers. While we were there for only 3 days it would have been nice to have more towels to use without having to wash them. Overall we enjoyed our stay. ##### Sara A.
