Located in fun and exciting Sevierville, Tennessee, Sugar Tree Chalet is a luxurious 5-bedroom log cabin with chic mountain décor, high-end finishes, sleek appliances, the conveniences of home, and lots of fun extras. There is room for a family or a group of friends to play, eat, relax, and reconnect.
In the mornings, enjoy brewing coffee or tea and making breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen. It has stainless steel appliances, a large island with bar seating, dishes and utensils, glassware and utensils, and ample cooking tools. Sit down at the beautiful dining area with gorgeous views or take your plate outside and get some fresh air. The home also has a kitchenette!
The living room is lodge-like space, with a wall of windows, a large stone fireplace, cozy seating, tabletop lamps, and a large coffee table. Relax here as you chat with family and friends or head to the game room/theater space to watch movies on the big screen, play games at the high-top table, play air hockey or foosball, or whip up drinks at the bar.
The 5 bedrooms have king-size beds, and the bathrooms are luxurious with tile and stone details. Outside, gather around the firepit to chat, soak in the bubbling hot tub for a relaxing evening, or have a barbecue with steaks and burgers on the grill. You'll also have Wi-Fi and arcade games!

I had to leave a review considering how much my family enjoyed this cabin. We had children with various ages and the cabin was set up to where they were never bored. We really made memories for a lifetime there. Thank you.

#### Nice cabin
The property was really nice and accomodated 5 couples well. My only complaint is someone had a bowel movement in one of the bathrooms and clogged up the toilet, leaving us to resolve. This made for an unpleasant welcome upon arrival.

Very beautiful chalet. Very comfortable seating.easy access to cabin. Would have like a little more water pressure in showers. Majority of the beds were comfortable, 2 rooms could use a new top mattresses. You use more seating on balconies. Beautiful christmas tree. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again when we come back to Tennessee. Thank you

#### Very bad customer relationship
After we arrived, I specifically told you I have to check in at 12 because we’ve been driving for over 13 hours. That’s the agreement that we had. We waited outside for 3 1/2 hours before we could even get in after we get in place is freezing cold then we decide to cook on the grill, no gas Jacuzzi nasty very disappointed with you guys
