Canpie Rancher was absolutely perfect for our family. The Driveway can be a little intimidating at first when turning around, but once you figure it out, it is simple. Anytime I had a question I contacted the host and received communication back promptly. Located in a great location as to get to locations around the area easily. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was just as listed and perfect for our trip to the Smoky’s. It was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely come back an our pets enjoyed it as well. The only issue we had was getting the door to lock and unlock each time we left and entered. This was quite frustrating knowing are dogs were being left alone occasionally during our trip. It was also very concerning when we arrived late at night on the first day to check in and we couldn’t get it to open. Other than that it was great and with a new door system would be fantastic!

Convenient comfortable place to stay

The house was homey, conveniently located not too far from everything. It is a little hard to back up with another vehicle in the driveway. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet and it had pretty much everything you needed.

Great Location and Thoughful Hosts

This lovely gem is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet minutes from Dollywood and The Island. The house was immaculately clean and all of our needs were anticipated. Snacks, toiletries, and a well equipped kitchen were much appreciated. We hope to visit again soon!

Older but nice home . We could see the fireworks at Dollywood from the back deck. We also could hear train whistle form Dollywood. The house was close to everything .

Great place!

This property has all that you need and more. It's a great location and very convenient to attractions, especially Dollywood. The owners provided extra special supplies including a basket of snacks which came in very handy having come in during a severe thunderstorm. Everyone was hungry and we hadn't had time to shop. Thank you for the special touch! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Just a wonderful stay.

This was our second time staying at this house. Its always clean and reasonably priced. The sectional couch is gone as there is new furniture in the home. We planned on putting our teenagers on the couch at night, but other than that, no complaints!

Weekend in Pigeon Forge

We brought my 81 year old mother and two of her friends for a quick weekend in Pigeon Forge. The ladies had a great time and they loved the house. It was very close to town and so convenient for everything they wanted to do. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The owner was easy to contact and she made sure we were all satisfied. She even gave us some great restaurant suggestions. We hope to return again one day soon.
