Secluded enough to enjoy the cabin but only a 10 minute trip to get to the main Pigeon Forge strip. My wife and I had a great time and will be back to this cabin. It checked off all the boxes on my list, and it did not disappoint once we got there. Except for the bed maybe, it was a little in the firm side which hurts my shoulders but it wasn’t really a big deal. Everything else was perfect and that’s what mattered to me. It was clean and so cozy! Everyone has their own idea of perfect but I really loved this place. I hope to stay again soon. I had communicated that and thought this would be a perfect stay. I had communicated we would be driving 2.5 hours when I got off of work and would arrive around 10pm. We got there and it was so cute! Clean! I simply adored it! When trying to get ready for bed and use the restroom we noticed there was no water. We weren’t prepared with water of our own to brush our teeth or not being able to use the restroom. I had messaged the property manager and he told me he would get someone else out asap said the cleaner was just out there and there wasn’t a problem then. Morning comes and if you know what happens in the morning I had to find a plastic bag. The plumber did end up coming out around 2pm and fixed it said a part had frozen and broken which I get. It’s cold up there we are familiar with the area. I had another message saying they were just up there and there was water which was weird because at first it was the maid. Stories didn't add up from cleaner and them being up there. I’m very understanding but for knowing it was a special weekend property should be checked night prior you don’t pay a huge amount to use the bathroom in a plastic bag. We did get an apology it happened and that’s fine but to offer a refund for a night or offer to make it up by a night free another time. It was just very disappointing to our weekend getaway. ##### Megan W. The owners were very easy to work with and got back to you very quickly with answers to any questions you may have.
