\- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.  
  
\- Please note that the hot tub and pool takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.  
  
\- Guests are responsible for providing their own firewood for the Firepit and charcoal for the Gril.  
FYI: There are BBQ Utensils on the property.  
  
\- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane for grills. There is often a supply left by previous guests, so we recommend checking before purchase.  
  
\- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

The cabin was great for our group! We were celebrating a 12 year olds birthday, so the pool and hot tub were great! Owners were very responsive and helped with even the smallest details! Great place to visit!

Tho cabin was amazing! It made our getaway comfortable and and special! We are planning to come back to it in a few months. The place was immaculate and the pool and movie theater made it hard to venture out!
