Location, location is everything is 1.2 mile from Dollywood and 200 feet next to Parrot MT. Located in a small community of 6 cabins and is sitting on a corner lot with more than 1/2 acre with a large fence backyard. While you barbeque or sit in the back deck or even enjoy the hot tub you can keep a eye on your children while they are playing. The Cabin has been completed renovated in the middle of December 2017 new hard wood floor, brand new furniture , brand AC , fireplace and washer and dryer and stainless steel kitchen & hot tub. Most of all it has no steep roads and parks up to 4 cars or even a mobile home. Other property #1024866/ #1164114 In the middle of Jan 2018 the basement will be finish and will include a brand new pool table and 65 inch tv so you and your family can enjoy a movie and pop corn. Yes it does have Angel Mountain view while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting in the front deck on the swing or rocking chairs . Enjoy the sunset or sunrise from either front or back deck. You can also make a big family gatherings because I have another cabin located 1.5 miles apart from this one. This cabin is less than 3 miles away from all the action like The Island, Dollywood, Parkway where all the attractions: mini golf, go carts, stores, restaurants, Publix, Walmart, movies and much more. But you can come back and relax in your cabin. Gatlinburg is only 9 miles away depending the time of day you are only 15 minutes away. The Smoky National Park is 7 miles away. I feel like the hot tub could have been a little cleaner but it may just have been from lack of use. I loved that the cabin was near everything but still off the beaten path. We went down to enjoy some relaxation and the property did not disappoint! From the fenced in backyard to the game/theater room the kids had plenty to do (while in the cabin). I came with my family ranging from 1 to age 50 and there was room for everybody. I like that each side of the house has their own bathroom and a play area in the back for the kids. The owners responded right away when I messaged them when I arrived. They also have a pack n play and high chair which I wasn’t expecting but helped as my 1 year old didn’t want to sleep in the bed I brand. Hot water ran out quickly, wasn’t able to use the jacuzzi tub in the master due to the hot water running out. A tankless hot water heater would be great.I-understand about the lady bugs we are used to them at other places we have stayed but these were a little much, I don’t think the exterminator has been doing a good job. Mar 12, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Cleanliness #### Has potential, but fell short for us This cabin has a lot of potential to be the perfect rental; however, we were very disappointed with the condition of the cabin. The host did make it clear that if anything wasn’t up to our expectations to contact her, but we didn’t want people in the cabin after we had already checked in. So we just cleaned and fixed the best we could. The host was also very accommodating of our request to check in early. The floors were sticky, the table and one chair had something sticky on them, there was a reddish liquid on the floor in the master bedroom along the wall, a swimming suit hygiene liner stuck to the shelf in the children’s room, something white and sticky on a nightstand in the master bedroom, and a pink sticky substance on the top bunk bed railing. Several knobs were missing off the bathroom drawers. We actually found one and screwed it back on. One of the lamps in the master bedroom is missing the black knob to turn the lamp on. It has to be plugged and unplugged from the wall to turn on and off. The tub in the main bathroom doesn’t have a drain stopper. So it was unable to be used as a tub…only a shower. One of the slats for the blinds in the master bedroom was broken. We were able to tape it back together to be able to use the blinds. All of the blinds in the bathroom are missing the rod to open and close them. We really wanted to love this cabin and just tried to make the best of the situation. Beds comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, relaxing in the hot tub, and watching movies in the theater. Owner was very sweet and responded very promptly to any questions we had.
