Loved the location. Check in was also seamless. The biggest and only problem was that my family and I smelled urine within the cabin. It could be that pets are allowed and the furniture, blankets, area rugs etc are just not deep cleaned enough, I’m not quite sure. However, there’s definitely a urine smell. It is off the strip far enough to be secluded but still a close drive to the fun. The property is managed by Red Door getaways and they were great with communication. There were a few issues how clean it was. We spoke to the manager and let them know about our issues. The downstairs bed was actually broken. I had to fix it every single night. The plants were all loose I did clean it when I arrived because it was pretty much filthy under the sofas and behind the bedroom furniture. They had left an underwear and some dirty towel.. the shades on that cabin whoever installed them didn’t realize that people aren’t that tall and you can reach to the top to close and open them that was super uncomfortable. There was not even a mirror to see how you looked so that was kind of irritating.. I left them pretty much dishwashing detergent, paper towels, washing detergent and I had to go buy sponges because it did not come with any of that. They had one paper towel and no garbage bags, had to buy that too. There were no s’mores stick either? when I’ve stayed at other cabins they usually always have but they didn’t even have that.The place is nice and cozy. ##### Yani T. It’s a short drive to pigeon forge but felt like the middle of the woods. The washer and dryer was very helpful.
