The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place. There were a couple things like no oven mitts which we missed using the kitchen, the heating gets very hot upstairs but not much downstairs, the linens are like thinner hotel linens. Communication with the host was great. Everything was very clean. The hottub was amazing. We loved the privacy that we had on the back patio area! I was a little concerned about the noise level since it is a duplex- however, we didn’t hear anything from the other neighbors. The listing is as described and nicely furnished. New, freshly decorated rental with every thing needed in kitchen and baths. Very comfortable living room with leather couch and 2 recliners and smart TV. Lawrence was a response and welcoming host. The cottage was warm and welcomg, and super clean. The beds were comfy beds for our weary bodies. Location was far enough from the tourist craziness yet close enough to get supplies as needed. And it is pet friendly. Thank you so much!
