The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. It’s located in a nice, quiet, and pet-friendly neighborhood with great proximity to Pigeon Forge. The property was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. This space is very comfortable, clean, and well located. We had everything we needed from a Roku tv, a stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, a comfy bed and couch, and of course the hot tub! Relaxation city. The Pac Man machine was another extra fun addition, addicting to play! The location was also perfect, just 10 minutes from Dollywood, but in a quiet neighborhood--the best of both worlds. Can't recommend this rental enough. It was just my husband and I, but also perfect and spacious enough for families or larger groups. ##### Amanda M. Very quiet residential area in the foothills. Nicely remodeled townhouse-the google maps pics are old! Hot tub was faaaabulous. We felt like we had everything we needed to be at home and independent during our visit. Very comfortable bed. VERY cute 2nd bedroom for kids (though we didn’t bring ours.)
