The location is conveniently located to everything you need and want but out of the way enough to be quiet and peaceful. With it being out of the way and july, we did find a few ticks. We picked up some spray and got the perimeter of the house to help keep them away. The kids got a dose of Off! everyday alsi. The host was very accommodating on a few requests we had and we were appreciative. As other posts have said, seating is limited so we brought some pop up chairs for the kids and it worked out. The kitchen included amenities from a coffee pot to basic cooking needs. The adults enjoyed the hot tub while the kiddos enjoyed the indoor pool, which we greatly appreciated the safety amenities the pool included. Bed are comfortable. Lots of space inside and outside . Pool and jacuzzi were the kids favorite. The pool wasn’t heated though.
