This is not a third-party-managed cabin. I'm Kristi, the owner, and we personally care for Smoky Waters Lodge with quarterly family stays to ensure everything is in top shape. You’ll feel the difference.

Outdoor areas (decks, pavilion, stairs) can be slippery—use caution, especially with children.

This is bear country—lock vehicles and do not leave food or trash outside. We are in the woods so critters and pests may try to join your vacation. If so, please let us know.

Internet may briefly go out during storms; we’re on Starlink, which is performing well in this location.

No furniture or pool table relocation, and no food in the pavilion fireplace.

This is a home, not a hotel—please treat it with care.

Perfect Home

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with an amazing view that made every morning feel like a retreat. We really appreciated the extra touches that made our visit even more comfortable—especially the sleeper and highchair, which were perfect for our family. Every detail was clearly considered with care, and it made for a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We’d love to come back again!

Amazing weekend getaway

This place is awesome! 8 adults with plenty of space to spread out. Very clean and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub was a hit! Beds all nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Cabin!

This house exceeded our expectations by miles! This is our 4th visit to Pigeon Forge and this was by far my favorite home. The indoor pool and game room were perfect for the kids. The porch and hot tub were so relaxing for the adults. Kitchen fully stocked beyond what I’ve seen before. Floor plan was so accommodating and the primary bedroom is chefs kiss. Owner was super attentive. The drive up was also easy peasy!

GREAT CABIN FOR FAMILY

We spent a few days at Smoky Waters Lodge over spring break and had a GREAT visit! the cabin is exactly as presented in the listing. Everything was clean, organized, and no extra clutter in the house! It felt like a little retreat in the midst of the mountains. The cabin is only about a 15-20 minute drive from all of the events and activities you may want to do in the area. The distance was enough to let you feel like you were away from it all, but close enough to enjoy the things that you may want to enjoy. Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. This was a great amenity for a relaxing evening after a full day. If we came back to the area, we would definitely use this cabin again.

The BEST place we’ve ever stayed, hands down!!

Every single detail about this property far exceeded our expectations. Our two families (3 adults and 6 kids) had more than enough room to spread out and find peace and quiet when needed. The kids spent almost the entire stay in the indoor pool and kept entertained with the games and pool table. The adults enjoyed the gorgeous views of the mountains in the mornings and evenings on the upper deck in the rocking chairs. Everyone relaxed in the hot tub, which was very clean as it was just drained and filled with fresh water just before our stay. The pavilion and outdoor fireplace were amazing and enjoyed by all every evening! The hosts were very responsive and kept open communication from pre-booking through check-out. They take great pride in their home and it shows. The beds were very comfortable and there were enough beds with one to spare for both of our families. Four bedrooms with King beds and a bunk room was perfect and the master on the first floor just blew us away. The huge master shower and jetted tub were the chef’s kiss! No detail was spared in this home and everything you could imagine needing was provided. The hosts sent us a list of local grocery stores, restaurants etc., which was very helpful. Very central location!I searched for the perfect place for weeks and I’m so glad I found THIS ONE because it indeed was perfect in every way. We plan on booking in the future; thank you so much for being amazing hosts and sharing your beautiful home with us!

Perfect family cabins for a mountain getaway!

Our family of seven and two grandparents, enjoyed the perfect weekend in this cabin! The beds and pillows were so comfortable! It came fully stocked in the kitchen with all that we needed to cook meals. It wasn't quite warm enough for us to use the outdoor covered movie room, we'll have to do that next time! Kristi was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. I let her know that the toaster was a little broken, and she had a new toaster delivered to the house a couple hours later! (Totally unnecessary but our bagel eating kids definitely appreciated it!)The basement level, with pool, pool table, arcade game, and more, was a definite hit with all of the kids! The Keurig machine has a few pods already there. (And there's a regular coffee pot too.) It was so peaceful to drink coffee on the back deck and watch the sunrise. We were about 15 minutes from all of the touristy action on the parkway, but far enough out to not hear it or deal with the traffic. The twisty mountain roads from the Parkway to the cabin were an adventure! But that's what we expected renting a cabin in the mountains. There is a Walmart fairly close which made a grocery order/pickup super convenient. We are already trying to plan our next trip! We'd be happy to return to this kid friendly, clean, and comfy cabin.
