Our stay was wonderful. Robert was excellent in addressing any issues or problems, and communicating with us. The pool was great, and the children loved playing in it. The bedrooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hot-tub was enjoyable in the evening overlooking the mountains and relaxing on the back deck. The location was perfect for attending any activities in pigeon forge. It was close enough to travel to, yet far enough away from all the noise. The kitchen was great. 2-sinks, 2-refridgerators, 2-dishwashers, 2-microwaves, and all the cups, plates, cooking ware needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing lacking was a food pantry. There were 16 of us and we never felt crowded, plenty of space to move around. The arcade room had several machines and was well used by the kids and adults offering plenty of fun distractions. It was off in a side room so not to disturbed anyone else in the house. We especially enjoyed the pickle ball courts for outside fun. I highly recommend staying here for an enjoyable stay, as we will probably book this place again.

Our group of 15 thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this house. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub and all the electronic games. The pool was particularly great! Everyone loved the waterfalls. The weather was warm enough for us to play pickleball, which was a lot of fun. The shuffle board and pool table were also hits with everyone. We didn’t play poker, but used the table for our puzzle. The other big hit was the fire pit outside. We sat outside a lot. The media room was also a big plus. The kids used it with their Xbox.In the kitchen, there was plenty of refrigerator space. Our only complaint is that there isn’t any pantry or place to put non-perishable foods. A cabinet somewhere would be great. We had to use the countertop for storage and it was a little messy and disorganized. K cups were provided which was a treat. I had requested a large pot and Robert provided a new one for us. Robert was very easy to work with. He personally came out to help us when we had trouble with the front door lock. Some people had to work while here and had some problems with the Wi-Fi. Robert came out and fixed the problem.Every bedroom had its own bathroom and the beds were very comfortable. Be aware that there aren’t any dressers. The closets do have hangers. The house was great and we would definitely rent it again!

Communication with the host was excellent. He was very quick to respond to my messages. The property was beautiful and the amenities were top notch. Our family of 18 stayed there during the week of Thanksgiving to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. The grandkids loved the indoor pool, the pickleball court, the arcade machines and the “tree house” bunk beds. One of the grands said, “this was our best vacation ever…and I’ve been to Disney World 3 times!”We loved everything about this brand spacious luxury “cabin”. Our grands referred to it as “the mansion”.We hope to return sometime during a warmer season.

The entire experience was a dream! The house was amazing. We had an early Christmas gathering with family and this place allowed us to enjoy every aspect of our trip. The communication was phenomenal. We needed some baby equipment the first night and we messaged the host and they sent somebody immediately out to help. We have been to this same area before and this was hands down our best/most favorite experience. Thank you for that.

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed all the amenities but specially the pickleball court! Robert was very responsive to all our questions. The things to be aware of when staying here: there is very little storage space for luggage, clothes, groceries. Our bedroom had a closet but it was full of some cushions or something so it wasn’t useable. A couple people tripped over their suitcases in the middle of the night because there just wasn’t room to get them out of the way. It sleeps 33 but I can’t imagine having anywhere near that many people. Also, something good to know is that one bedroom upstairs does not have its own bathroom so people in that room will have to go into another bedroom to get to a bathroom! This isn’t a deal breaker but people should just be aware. All that said, we had a blast, loved the house and would stay there again!

Family Fun

You are a newly blended family and this was our first trip together with our group of kids and grandkids and we had absolutely the best time! The house was absolutely perfect for entertaining anybody from age 72 one and a half. It was an absolutely beautiful property, beautiful neighborhood Pickleball courts were The highlight as well as the pool and the basketball hoop. We didn’t need to go anywhere we could’ve just stayed at our house the whole time.

Family get-a-way

We had 15 family members ages 2-67. We spent a week here. Not only does this property have a beautiful view but a beautiful, comfortable, well furnished home! They have thought of everything! Even a variety of toys for the little ones!! Everyone enjoyed the pickle ball court! We even had a 4th of July tournament The kids loved the very unique indoor pool. And to top it off……those who were still awake the first night, saw a bear walking right thru the backyard! We found the location to be close to everything! We recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a place to enjoy Pigeon Forge!

Excellent Family Vacation Stay!!

Robert and his wife really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The esthetic of this house is perfect framing for gorgeous Smokey Mountain views. We made use of every amenity (games, pool table, shuffle board, pickle ball court, hot tub, and heated swimming pool!) Comfortable beds with nice bedding, tons of towels (bath and pool) made everything so much more pleasant. We were greeted with snacks and video games ready to go! My youngest loved the nest of bunk beds and everyone would wake to challenge each other to games or basketball. Perfect place to celebrate our son's graduation with family.Thank you for hosting us! Can't wait to come back!

Leadership retreat

We were completely blown away. This is the cleanest and nicest VRBO property that we have stayed in. The amenities were amazing, the accommodations and layout of the house was 1st class. Every bedroom had its own bath. Everything from the lighting to decor to appliances and amenities were great.
