It was the perfect distance to visit Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountains, yet far enough to have some space. The kids enjoyed the game room with their little private sleeping quarters. The house was well stocked with plenty of extras, too. We have a midsize suv, not 4wd or awd. We barely made it up the driveway day one of our stay and we didn’t make it up the next two days because it had rained. We had to walk up and down the very steep grade driveway late at night and early in the morning due to what we were there for. We also had to carry all our luggage and stuff down making several trips up and down the driveaway which was difficult for one person in our party with a heart condition. ##### Nichole A.
