RENTAL REQUIREMENTS: 25+ years of age to book this property. NO PETS POLICY: Absolutely no pets allowed. If a pet is discovered you will be told to leave immediately with no refund. It is located in a neighborhood but we felt secluded. We enjoyed time on the porch sipping on wine, relaxing in the hottub, and listening to the quietness of mountains. The communication with Teresita was excellent! She truly cares about her guests comfort and answered every question I had about the cabin and things to do. I highly recommend eating a Bluff's, its just seven minute drive from the cabin and has the best buffalo chicken macaroni and cheese ever! Clean and well stocked with essentials. Nicely decorated. Hot tub was clean and nice temp. Great location. Owners are fantastic with communication. The lake/pond is nice for fishing. We spent a day in Pigeon Forge and another in Gatlinburg. Both places were so close to the cabin We saw two little turtles in the pond and a very long fish, possible a pike. We also saw a tree we had never seen before in front of the cabin. A Persian Silk Tree with very silky flowers. So beautiful. Thank you for this experience ##### Cheryl N.
