We are so excited for the opportunity to host you at our newest cabin! We have been hosting groups in the Smokies at our cabins for years with over 2000+ 5-star reviews and happy guests! You may not see it on this account, as this is our new account for properties we are managing for friends and family.  
  
LIVING ROOM –The cabin offers 2 living rooms with a cozy and inviting atmosphere, featuring a comfortable couch and two chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV or bask in the warmth of the electric fireplace, adding a touch of comfort to the space. Large windows frame breathtaking mountain views, bringing the beauty of nature indoors. Whether you're winding down with family or simply enjoying the serene surroundings, this living room is designed to make you feel right at home.

The cabin sleeps up to 12 guests with 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom features comfortable bedding, giving you an amazing sleep and the feeling of being at home!

The adjacent dining area features a large island table that seats four, making it the ideal spot for family meals or gatherings.  
  
BALCONY / DECKS - Balconies & Decks – Enjoy two spacious balconies with cozy rocking chair seating, a high-top table with seating, and comfortable lounge areas. The lower-level living area features a large open floor plan with a mini bar, access to the outdoor deck with stunning mountain views, and a workspace, perfect if you need to catch up on work while on vacation. Just below this area, you’ll find the game room, complete with arcade games, an air hockey table, and a TV for endless entertainment.  
  
RESORT AMENITIES - Our cabin is located in a resort community that boasts a variety of exciting amenities to enhance your stay. Enjoy the seasonal swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and a fun disc golf course. Test your skills on the putting green or take a stroll along the fitness trail. Plus, there's a playground for the kids to enjoy, ensuring there's something for everyone.

• We provide a set of starter supplies to allow you to get settled when you arrive. They include 2 trash bags, 2 dishwasher pods, a paper towel roll, a small liquid dish soap bottle, toilet paper, a small bottle of shampoo, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, and a soap bar for each bathroom, towels, bed, and linens. They are designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but not to last the entire trip  
• Our proximity to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park means there is lots of wildlife in our area - black bears, deer, wild turkeys, raccoons, coyotes, foxes, and more! Black bears visit the cabin often in Spring, Summer, and Fall. You may get lucky and catch a glimpse of one of these residents while enjoying the view from the deck. We also contract regular monthly pest services which treat all pests from multiple types of bugs, mice, etc. Despite our regular treatments, given the proximity of the cabin to the park, it is possible these pests can temporarily enter the cabin. We immediately respond and treat if anything comes up and have found it is very rare to come across anything like this.

#### Beautiful Cabin in the Smokies

This cabin was just what we were looking for for our Tennessee Family Vacation! There were 4 large bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen with sparkling clean appliances. The whole cabin was clean and very well maintained. The check in process was very easy with the keypad and our hosts were responsive to our every question. We would highly recommend this cabin to family groups as the outside amenities (pool and playground) added fun to our trip!

#### Wonderful getaway!

We had a great spring break! This was a perfect retreat up in the mountains, but not too far away from all the fun activities in Gatlinburg. The house is very nice and well-maintained and everyone had plenty of space and privacy in each of their rooms. We’ll definitely revisit!

#### Felt like home

The property is amazing! We enjoyed the seclusion and privacy of it and it felt very homey. The farmhouse vibes were definitely there. We had comfortable beds to sleep in and then entire place was very clean. I’ll definitely book this property again. Not to mention, the hosts are absolutely amazing and I love that we could reach out to them for whatever whenever.
