The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place. This is the most beautiful townhouse. Very private, very clean and extremely comfortable. 10 minutes away from shops, restaurants and Dollywood. An amazing view of the Smokies. Really great communications from the owner. Staying at the chalet was an excellent experience for our family , and it was in a great location. It was far enough away from the busy traffic but not a long drive to the attractions. My stay was amazing definitely would come again I had two minor issues one when we arrived two windows downstairs were unlocked but my partner is licensed & armed and made sure the home was vacant (It Was). Also I really feel they should unclog the tubs both shower were like taking a bath the drain was super stopped up and there were old press ONS in the shower above in a crack I am guessing from previous stay.. But outside of those down sides OMG this was perfect for me and my love. Private backyard with the hot tub the stars at night are everything our neighbors were super cool I didn't want to leave. I will be returning only if those drains are cleared the remodel is impeccable. ##### Shrekia T.
