There was plenty of room, seating, and sleeping options for everyone. The beds were huge and surprisingly comfortable for a rental property. We all commented on how clean this cabin was when compared to others we have stayed in. Even the hot tub was sparkling clean! The property manager was very communicative and helpful with everything. The cabin its self was very clean, and everything worked. The pool was nice and hottub was not new but worked very well. The movie room was great and the pool table need some work. The bathroom down stair shower would let water in the floor have to be careful, the door dont lock, my family really enjoy themselves. Would rent again if bugs are gone. ##### charlotte b. By staying in a cabin we were together under 1 roof and enjoyed family time. Cabin size was great with all the king beds ( comfortable) and 2 and a half baths!! However the hot tub did nnot work and needs a new upgrade for sure. Was a bit slippery as I slipped getting out and bruised my ribs. However, the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom worked wonderfully. Would certainly come back, especially with a new hot tub in place. That was a bit of a bummer for us. Other than that, it was a wonderful visit. ##### Michelle D. It had plenty of room for our family including our 8 month old. The property included a baby gate and a high chair which was really nice so we didn't have to bring that along. Everything was nice and clean. Hot Tub is always a plus! We did not use the pool but we did go check it out and it was a very nice area. Checking in was easy. We were able to go into the resort with the gate code without any issues along with the cabin keyless entry. Parking at the cabin was small but we were able to fit 2 SUVs and a truck. As far as the location you will not be disappointed! You are maybe 5mins from Dollywood/Splash Country. That was a big plus for us after we spent all day 1 day at Dollywood and was only a short ride back home. It's also just a short ride to the Islands and other fun attractions and restaurants. Contact with the property manager was great. They were very helpful if we had questions and were quick to message us back if we needed anything. Major issue for our family was communication. - No information packet with discount coupons were mailed 2 weeks prior. -No house code was sent 24 hours prior to our arrival. We had sent text to owner twice. No response. We had to contact VRBO two times on day of arrival to get someone to intervene on our behalf and finally got the code from a property manager. - Family happily driving 2 cars to the cabin to discover there is a gate which also requires a code! Luckily, we were able to follow another car who had access into property area. - Had to contact VRBO again to intervene to get us a code for the gate, and had left a voice msg and text to the property manager. - As other reviewers have stated, the cabin is beautiful, in the hills so be prepared for steep parking. Beautiful initial entrance, some prior damages we took pictures of that could be fixed, but it is a cabin. We all were excited to celebrate our 50th anniversary with family. ##### Richard N. However we saw roaches as soon as we got in. We asked them to send someone the next day while we were visiting Dollywood. We sent the message via VRBO and via text. They responded that it would be taken care of by text. But also send a VRBO message asking for permission a second time, that we didn’t get because service was spotty at the cabin and when you’re at Dollywood with a 5 year old and a 2 year old you don’t have time to check if you plan to keep an eye on your kids. So nothing was ever done about the roaches while we were there. The toilet in the basement ran constantly, which is really more an issue for the home owner than it was for us. We let them know that as well, both text and VRBO. However again with the bad cell reception at the cabin we did not make any connection to get that looked at while there either. The last thing was the bed linens. While very clean, they were made of some material that is not breathable or wicking in any way at all. It was like sleeping in a polyester suit. Hot and humid and the only reprice was to just throw the blankets and sheets off. Then you get cold. While it was a great place. We would not book again with the issues we had while there. Host is pleasant and easy to talk to, when you can reach them. Be sure to check your VRBO app for communication as even if you text or call, they will only confirm everything via the app / website. ##### Matt M.
