The space: \- Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances \- Living room with a stone electric fireplace. \- Shuffleboard table, full size arcade game, foosball table and a variety of board games. \- Kids tent & campfire play area. \- Private bedrooms w/ king size beds. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room. \- Private bathrooms w/custom tile showers & dual shower heads. The cleaners will provide some basic items to get your stay started: toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods, dish detergent, laundry pods, dryer sheets. We will also provide all bath towels & linens needed for your stay. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay. House Rules/Other things to note \*By booking, you are agreeing to the terms in our Rental Agreement as well as the House Rules on VRBO. We may be able to honor cancellations made within 48 hours of booking - as long as they are not within the 14 days of check in date, according to the VRBO cancellation policy. \*We do highly recommend buying TRIP INSURANCE in case any unexpected circumstances come up prior to your stay. \*No refunds will be offered for refunds for incidents that are out of our control (weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/etc).....look into the proper TRIP INSURANCE. \*With the cabin being in the mountains & only having access to satellite internet, Wi-Fi connections can be spotty and speeds can vary during certain times of the day. No refunds will be given for poor internet performance. \*We require that guests booking our cabin be at least age 21 or older. \*No parties, outside visitors, or overnight guests without prior approval from the host. There is a maximum of 6 humans allowed to stay overnight. \*Although our cabin is suitable for children, it is not child proof. It is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to monitor any children's actions at all times. \*This cabin is professionally cleaned after each check out. Any excess cleaning charges will be passed on to the guest. \*If any soaps or oils are used in the hot tub, causing extra cleaning after the stay, you can be charged an extra $100 cleaning fee. \*Bugs and Animals: The cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company each month, but you can still expect to see the occasional pest in and around the cabin. Some common insects that may show up during your stay: Lady Bugs, Millipedes, Scorpions, Carpenter Bees, and Wasp. There is also plenty of wildlife in the mountains of Tennessee. Do not approach or feed any wild animals. Bears are common in this area, do not leave any food in your car or outside while not attended. Make sure to lock all doors & keep all trash secured in the bear proof trash bin. \*If winter weather arises, 4WD vehicles are recommended to avoid being snowed in. If there is any snow storm expected, you should be prepared with necessary food and any other supplies. \*This cabin, like most in the area, is on mountain well water, and is treated & filtered by a professional water treatment company. There will still be an odor to the water which is why we suggest bringing bottled water to drink. \*NO PARTIES - quiet time is from 10pm-8am. \*NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABIN - Smoking of any kind including vapor and e-cigarettes is NOT permitted inside the cabin. Any extra cleaning fees due to smoking will be passed on to guest. \*A Ring security camera is located at the front of the cabin overlooking driveway & at the front door, that will capture video & audio. It is motion activated and is capable of recording and transmitting video to the owner via the Ring App. This is for security and safety reasons. The house is perfect for a short stay or longer trip. It was a great distance from everything; even were able to get cheap uber to downtown to avoid parking! From the fire pit to hot tub & games/tv we had a wonderful time in this cabin! We hope to visit again. Great place for couples or for families. Neighborhood is quiet & safe. ##### Rachel R. Everything was as presented in the listing and the location was close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to be super convenient, but also removed enough to be quiet and peaceful. Nice views from the fire pit area. The games kept my kids entertained effortlessly every night for a week. Host communication was excellent. Highly recommended. ##### Scott T. The only tip I would pass along is to access the property off parkway. Do not use Boogertown road. You will thank me later. When coming out of the neighborhood always take a right! The property was clean and functional. The location is really perfect for getting to Dollywood while not being right in the busy strip (drive time to Dollywood gates was about 12 minutes each day). The only thing I would warn guests about is that the road leading to the neighborhood is narrow and pretty rough in spots. Obviously not the property owners fault (I think gnatty branch road there is actually national park land) but be prepared to dodge crazy potholes! The property was in great condition, it’s in a good location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and the host was responsive and friendly. We loved using the hot tub every night and making a fire. We used the charcoal grill for steaks one evening. My wife and I love playing games and Galaga was her favorite arcade game so we had a blast with the various game options. WiFi was strong enough. This is a very well Maintained and Clean Cabin. The Beds are King Size and Extremely comfortable. The 2 bathrooms are well layed out and conveniently en-suite to the Bedrooms. The hot tub was perfect for evening relaxing, while enjoying a fire in the fire pit to add some ambience. The host has amazing Communication and is very responsive. They truly want to make their guest have an enjoyable, memorable vacation. The cabin is very well supplied with all the daily items and conveniences. So Glad we stumbled upon this cabin and host.
