Cabin is 10-15 mins from everything in Pigeon Forge, just 30 mins to Gatlinburg. The cabin had everything we needed other than a measuring cup, but we made do. We loved the cabin, we liked how close it was, but next time we might find a place a little further out due to the noise of the cars. Was a great overall stay, but as other reviews stated we had these minor thoughts: We had to get rid of cigarette butts in a bucket on the deck, View was as stated. but there is a very busy street below, we heard cars coming and going all night and in the mornings. Wasn't awful, but wish we'd been a little further away from that. Water from the sink and shower when used the first time does make the whole cabin smell like rotten eggs, however, the we used the water, the less the whole cabin smelled, it was usually just in the bathroom that smelled. ##### Craig S. Séjour de 7 nuits en juin 2021 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Jeffrey f. 4 juin 2021 Points faibles : Propreté #### Horrible experience, renter beware. \- Upstairs mattress was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever touched. It is like sleeping on a board. My 2 kids had to sleep with me and my wife in the downstairs bed for the whole trip. I thought they were over thinking it and tried it myself one night and agree wirh them and moved back downstairs - countertops were not clean when we arrived at the cabin. - water from the sink and shower smells like rotten eggs. When we showered the whole cabin would smell like eggs and when we brushed our teeth also. My kids were petrified with the smell. - power went out at 9pm one night and we had to sleep with no AC. Not sure if it was for the area or just the cabin but made an unfortunate night - no large pots to cook a meal in and only small skillets - view from the back deck isn’t as nice as the pictures show because the trees are more grown and can’t see through leaves - none of the pole sticks had tips on them Warning, if you do dare rent this cabin make sure you call the management company to report any issues when you get there. I reported after and they told me it ther policy for me to report issues while there. Seems like they want me to do there job instead of them checking before a guest gets there. ##### Jeffrey f. Location was close to everything. Our fireplace did not work. They sent someone out and said they needed to send an actual repairman, they never did. The pool table is nice but very hard to play based on location. Constantly bumping into walls or furniture if you want to play an actual game. The reason for the 1 star is we tried to reschedule our trip do to the COVID-19 outbreak. They would NOT let us. Timber tops and amazing view cabins said had to come or we would lose our money. Amid unprecedented times, things closing left and right and the President telling people not the travel, this company had no regard for this. My family very rarely gets to take a family vacation and I could not afford to lose our money. Disney World, airlines and every other vacation entity is not only offering rescheduling they are offering refunds. All I wanted was to reschedule to a time when my family could enjoy themselves. We left early because most of the town was shut down and travel restrictions were getting tighter. ##### dana m. We didn't use the shower or tub because of the water smell, but it was a great location, the hot tub was incredible, and the mattresses are really comfortable. ##### CHRISTOPHER R. Séjour de 2 nuits en mai 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Laurie F. 1 avr. 2019 #### Great little cabin We rented this cabin for a week with our daughter, son-in-law and grandbaby and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You feel like you are in the country, but it is very convenient being just a little over a mile to the parkway and all the major attractions, and only another 1/4 mile to Walmart. The cabin is much smaller than it appears in the photos, but was plenty of room for four adults. It is cozy and clean with a great fireplace. The master on the first floor with jacuzzi tub is tight but not uncomfortable. The master on second floor is very spacious with vaulted ceiling. Both king beds are very comfortable, but only have thin quilts. Found out on last day there were extra blankets in the downstairs bedroom armoire. The kitchen is sparsely stocked with pots and pans and there are absolutely no basic supplies so you will need to bring or purchase everything, even salt and pepper. Limited pots and pans, but sufficient. The front and back decks are nice to sit on but there is a busy road below if that is a concern, although you cannot hear it when doors and windows are closed. Jacuzzi was nice and clean. ##### Laurie F.
