"Highland Dream" is the perfect place to relax and unwind when visiting the Great Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge area with no mountain roads to traverse and easy access to all the fun and excitement. With comfortable parking for up to 2 vehicles. It is located approximately 5 minutes from The Ripken Experience, Dollywood, and Splash Country, 8 minutes from the parkway in Pigeon Forge, and 15 minutes from Gatlinburg. This unit offers paved roads to the cabin and is considered motorcycle-friendly at the riders' discretion. This unit is 2 levels with a vaulted ceiling in the living room, which offers beautiful natural lighting throughout the day. Enjoy a soak in the evening in the large hot tub, which is located on the wooded back deck. This 2-bedroom 2-bath cabin, which sleeps 6, offers a Queen-size bedroom with a TV and a full bathroom with a combination shower and bathtub. The other bedroom has a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and a brand-new shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining room seating for 6\. The living room has a gas fireplace, a recliner, and a large flat-screen TV. In the upper-level loft area, you will find two rockers, a Foosball coffee table enclosed in glass, as well as a flat-screen TV, a Home theater system, and checkers with a sofa that folds out to a bed. A recently updated play area in the Lone Branch Village has a picnic pavilion, including picnic tables, a park grill, and a play area with a swing set. The cabin was very clean and ready when we arrived. Super easy check in. The location was great. It was right off of a paved road and not high up in the mountains. So, it was easy to get to all of the attractions, shops, and restaurants. The loft upstairs was great as it allowed everyone to spread out. The one drawback was the neighbors deck is right outside the bedroom windows. When we were there, we had neighbors that were loud and outside late at night. Only complaints are the king bed is sunken in the middle and it’s very uncomfortable and there are no extra blankets for the bed. The location was great - close to all the attractions but still off the beaten path for some seclusion. The hot tub was a great thing to have for relaxation after being out in town all day. Beds were comfy and cabin is well stocked with what you will need for cooking. Only thing I would recommend is maybe including a couple more things in the welcome package such as coffee filters, and laundry detergent for use in the cabin. The cabin is very nice, and a very spacious space for a family of 4-6\. The 2 bedroom / 2 bath layout works really well, and the 2nd floor loft/game room is an excellent get-away space for kids. This cabin is towards the back of the complex, so not much car traffic, and ample parking space for 2-3 cars. The location is ideal for being close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but not so close you have to deal with the traffic if you just want to go get groceries. There were plenty of food and grocery options within a 5 minute drive as well. The only minor issue we observed, and it is very minor, was lighting in the kitchen/living room area. Not much ceiling light, so could afford to have a few more floor lamps in those rooms to help light it up a little more. I would definitely stay there again! ##### Justin M.
