Amazing Views Near Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg! Spacious mountain cabin with incredible panoramic views of the Smokys. This cabin offers a first floor Master Suite with a king sized bed and on suite bath. The Master Suite has a smart flat screen television. There is a large, well appointed kitchen and family dining area with everything you will need to prepare family meals. It also offers a cozy Family Room with a smart flat screen television mounted over an electric fireplace set in stone with a large wood mantle. The sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen sized sleeper. There is also a multi-device charging station available in the living room. The living room exits onto a first floor deck with a hot tub which looks out over the mountains. Both sides of the lower deck are equipped with louvered privacy fencing so that you can enjoy the hot tub. There is a washer and a dryer available for use by guests. Upstairs is another king bedroom and full bathroom. This bedroom also has a smart flat screen television. The upstairs has an oversize game room with a large smart flat screen television, a pool table, as well as other amenities. There is also a multi-device charging station in the game room. The couch in the Game Room is also a queen sized pull-out sofa. The spacious game room exits onto another large upper level deck with even more incredible views than the lower. There are large windows throughout this cabin to allow breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Positioned near the mountains peak; this cabin's view goes for miles. The cabin has dual zone central heat and air conditioning and is equipped with Nest Learning Thermostats. Cable service is provided by Xfinity with High Speed Internet. This cabin is a rare find! The views were breathtaking — truly the kind that make you stop and just take it all in. The home itself was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.I did have to deduct one star due to some mold buildup in the washing machine. However, I want to highlight how incredible the host, Jeremy, was throughout the process. He responded immediately, took the concern seriously, and even ordered and sent cleaner right away to help resolve it. His attentiveness and customer service were top-notch.Overall, this cabin is a wonderful place to stay with unforgettable views, and Jeremy’s responsiveness made the experience even better. The cabin itself is beautiful, however I would say that there needs to be space to place hanging clothes in the down stairs bedroom. Also if you plan on staying in the cabin during the day the sunlight from the windows in the living room is almost unbearable. Parking can be challenging as well. Host was remarkable with responding and helping accommodate requests. Kids & ourselves really enjoyed our stay (we even extended our stay we enjoyed so much). Cabin is beautiful, spacious and nestled high up in the mountains but yet not a far drive to the attractions. I really liked how they had the metal railing for the decks instead of wood. Made us feel safer! All the natural sunlight was stunning! We even got a huge firework show every night right from our balcony. We loved our stay & we'll be returning. ![Beautiful sunset! We previously had an experience where we arrived at a cabin to use the hot tub and it was not turned on so we had to wait 4 hours for it to heat up. So we contacted the host ahead of time to ask only ONE thing and that was to ensure the hot tub would be turned on and ready to go as we both took off work early to arrive at 4 and enjoy the hot tub. We arrive and the hot tub is less than half filled with water, the flap is up, and it is not turned on. We were very unhappy to say the least and did not get to use it that day as we had to wait an hour for it to fill up and then heat up the ice cold water. Our refund/compensation for this was not sufficient and the host did not try very hard to make it right. We also arrived to a very unclean toilet when the bathrooms said they had been cleaned. We went to play pool and one of the two sticks had a broken tip. Overall our experience could have been a lot better for the price we paid to stay here. ##### Rachel S. We had family that rented near by and it worked out great. There are bears looks for food, so don’t go out at night by your lonesome, even to take out the trash. The door handles would get stuck, but outside of that, I have zero complaints. We were blessed to be with family. That was the ultimate gift. ##### venyette T.
