Matthew and Angie were very prompt with communication. The house was decorated for Christmas and It was magical! The road to get to the cabin is not bad at all for a mountain road. The new coffee pot wasn't working and after I looked up various ways to get it working the host sent out a brand new one right away. The location was a five also. It was thoroughly cleaned, large, cozy and felt safe. The parking was plenty for 2 vehicles. I'm sure it could easily fit 3 or 4 vehicles. Location was close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. I liked that the cabin was far enough away from other cabins. It felt like we were secluded in the woods. The road to the cabin was narrow and steep in some areas so keep that in mind and plan to drive an appropriate vehicle. It's conveniently located right in the middle between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, giving us quick access to all the activities we wanted to do. We loved the mountain view every morning while drinking our coffee, and the pool table was a big hit with everyone, allowing us to wind down in the evening before bed. I was a little worried about the roads getting to the cabin, but it wasnt bad at all. This cabin is located less than 5 minutes from the main parkway and is centrally located to Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. We even seen a bear in the middle of the road that the cabin was located one. We enjoyed the wonderful views from the back deck, movie nights in the theater on the lower level, and a camp fire on a chilly fall night. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy the stay. The beds were more on the firm side - just fyi if you're sensitive or picky about your matress. The location of this cabin made it easy to go to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. This is a cabin we'll keep on our list for next time we're visiting the area! ##### Ryan Y.
