If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. The cameras are for your protection and ours! • The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the woods or in the driveway do not go near it or feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE! • Cookware is provided. No Zip Locks, foil, oil, sprays, or condiments provided. Starter hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels, and a garbage bag for each trashcan are provided. Please plan to bring or purchase any additional supplies that are needed for your stay. There are a couple grocery stores within a few miles from the cabin. • Consuming Alcohol while In the Hot Tub is DANGEROUS! Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! NO unsupervised children allowed in the hot tub! • No late check-out or early check-in. Our cleaners need enough time to properly clean and sanitize the cabin between guests. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour. • No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. • Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $200 and you will likely be asked to leave. • NO open flames allowed inside the cabin including candles. I was a little worried about the roads getting to the cabin, but it wasnt bad at all. It was very conveniently located - about halfway between Pigeon Forge and Gaitlinburg. There was also a lot to keep us busy inside, if we just wanted to hang out and relax...pool table, video games, hot tub, big screen/theater room. Amazing cell and networking services. Cabin was very clean and property was absolutely beautiful. Our host was VERY responsive but respectful to our privacy. This property was fantastic for our weekend getaway. It was close enough to all the attractions yet far enough away to get the full mountain cabin experience. The home is equipped with everything you can think of to make a vacation perfect. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, serving dishes (including some awesome popcorn bowls), and a great coffee maker combo with single-serving Keurig k-cup. The game room was fun with the pool table and arcade machine! The highlight of the weekend was the adolescent bear cub that wandered onto our patio one morning!
