Our newly renovated Firefly Lagoon cabin is the perfect backdrop for your next vacation to the Smokies. Centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, you`re only a short drive from the action.

Outdoor amenities include a seasonal in-ground pool, 5-person hot tub, seating, fire pit, & put put.

Indoor amenities include baby gear, Nectar mattresses, & the ULTIMATE game room fitted with arcades, air hockey, foosball, rollerball, Boss Toss, a huge couch, Smart TV & more!

INSIDE | Downstairs
Enjoy a spacious 1st-floor and all our family-friendly amenities. The layout includes a welcome foyer, dining room, kitchen, living room, half bath, and the ultimate game room!

Available for your stay is a fully equipped kitchen: electric stove, oven, microwave, fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser, Keurig pod/carafe coffee machine, electric kettle, Instant Pot, pots & pans, cooking utensils, baking sheets, knives, silverware, dinnerware, drinkware, kitchen gadgets, and other small appliances. Enjoy your meals at our custom-made 9-foot dining table.

As you make your way to the game room you`ll be met with endless options of fun! Inside you`ll find 4 arcades, a foosball table, air hockey, Boss Toss LED game, rollerball, board games, magnetized wall games, a 70` Smart TV, DVD player (and DVD movies), and a big comfy couch.

The downstairs half bath is also equipped with a washer and dryer available for you to use during your stay.

In the living room, you`ll find plenty of seating as well as a sleeper sofa for extra bed space, an electric fireplace, a Smart TV, a DVD player, and an acoustic guitar for the musician in all of us.

For the little ones, we have a kids` table and chairs, kids` dinnerware, a high chair, an infant floor seat w/toys, pack-n-play, a retractable baby gate, infant toys, and kids` board books and blocks.

INSIDE | Upstairs
Upstairs are three bedrooms. At the top of the stairs is a bedroom with a Queen bed and your own private door to the balcony. The next bedroom offers Twin-over-Full bunk beds, and bean bag chairs. The master bedroom offers a King bed with an en-suite master bath, a walk-in closet, a couch, and your own private door to the balcony. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs, DVD players, closets, dressers, and luggage racks. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower-tub combo, an anti-slip tub mat, and a rinse cup for the kiddos.

OUTSIDE | Backyard
The fully enclosed backyard features an in-ground outdoor pool with depths from 3ft-6ft deep (seasonal), a pool safety gate, a new 5-person hot tub, a putting green, seating, and string lights. PLEASE NOTE: the pool is a seasonal amenity and is not offered for the entire year. The pool is not heated and is not salt water.

OUTSIDE | Front Yard
The front yard features a newly-built fire pit and seating area complete with Polywood Adirondack chairs and a swing bench. Perfect for lounging fireside and roasting s`mores.

ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire cabin, with the exception of the owner`s closet (labeled for authorized personnel). Please do not wander off the property as it is considered trespassing. Our neighbors own the properties immediately surrounding us and we ask you to respect their space. Do not park on the shared road or on the grass.

PARKING
There is enough parking for 2 full-sized vehicles.

KEYLESS ENTRY
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

Centrally located right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, our Firefly Lagoon cabin is less than 10 mins away from the action. Our cabin allows you to get away and enjoy the quiet mountain life while still being close to all the nearby attractions. Here a just a few!

There is enough parking for 2 full-sized vehicles to fit comfortably. Please do not park on the grass or block the shared road.

Do not trespass onto our neighbor`s property (this includes the old house across and the tree swing).

LIMITED INTERNET & CELL SERVICE
Our cabin is now equipped with Starlink internet. We`ve had a great response on the improvement of the internet speed but during inclement weather, the signal may wither a bit. Do not expect super high-speed wi-fi during your stay. Cell service may also be weak at times and depends on your carrier. There are plenty of amenities to keep you busy during your stay. Or you can try a truly unplugged experience.

POOL AVAILABILITY
Our outdoor pool is open seasonally (usually from May to September) but please check with us first if you are unsure if it will be available during your stay.

NO PETS
We love animals but we cannot accommodate pets or other animals at this time. No exceptions. A minimum fee of $100 per pet will be imposed if you bring unauthorized animals to our cabin.

AGE RESTRICTIONS
Booking guests must be 23 or older to reserve a stay at our cabin and must remain present for the duration of the stay. No third-party bookings.

SEVERE WEATHER
We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance when booking as we are unable to refund bookings due to severe weather preventing guests from traveling. Tire chains and/or 4WD are recommended during the winter months while driving on mountain roads. We provide snow shovels and ice melt during winter months in case they`re needed.

SECURITY CAMERAS
For your safety, and to protect our property, we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the cabin only. We value our guests` privacy and do not actively monitor during your stay. These cameras allow us to track cleaning/maintenance schedules, check-ins & and check-outs, as well as any potential hazards that may need our immediate attention. Our security cameras face the front entrance and the backyard. Do not tamper with the cameras. These cameras are on their own private server, only accessible to the host. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort.
CARS
Maximum of 2 cars allowed in driveway. No parking on the grass or the shared main road.

PROPERTY ACCESS
Please keep off of our neighbor`s property (including the old house across from ours). No wandering outside property lines.

PARTIES/UNREGISTERED GUESTS
No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. No parties or events. Please refrain from playing loud music during the night hours (past 10 PM) as we want to be respectful to our neighbors.

POOL/HOT TUB/CHILDREN
Children must be supervised at all times. Please follow the posted pool and hot tub safety rules and regulations. Ensure all gates and doors are closed behind you. Please leave the hot tub cover on when not in use. Guest agrees to waive claims against the host for accidents arising from pool/hot tub use.

EARLY CHECK-IN | LATE CHECK-OUT
If you are interested in early check-in or late check-out times, please first contact us. We may be able to accommodate you for an additional fee of $25 (depending on the cleaning schedule).

SMOKING/CANDLE BURNING
No smoking inside the property or burning candles of any kind. Smoking indoors and unauthorized fires may be charged a fine of $100 plus any damages caused to the property.

BUNK BEDS
Guest assumes responsibility for all family members using bunk beds and any accidents that may incur from misuse. Guest agrees to waive claims against the host for accidents arising from bunk bed use.

BEDROOM DINING
No eating or drinking in bedrooms or game room. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
