Guest Access: Entire Cabin The Neighborhood: Located in a mountain setting in Sevierville, TN, this cabin is approximately 10 miles from the middle of Pigeon Forge Parkway and approximately 12 miles from the middle of Gatlinburg Parkway! Getting Around: The roads leading to the cabin are paved. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any property in Sevierville and/or the mountains as well as this one due to the chance of inclement weather from time to time. Other Things to Note: • Must be 21 or older to book this cabin • This cabin sleeps 2 guests maximum • We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area • Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October–March depending on the weather • Coffee maker is a standard drip and Keurig — bring your own coffee • Cabin has a charcoal grill — bring your own charcoal • The cabin accommodates 1 vehicle maximum in the parking area • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use. My vehicle didn't even fit unless we pretty much parked on the porch. Once we relaxed and unpacked we noticed a huge spider and sink bug. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept in. When i took a shower in the morning the shower head pretty much drills you in the face w no way to adjust it. It was a cute little cabin with great views. The parking was tight with our 4-Runner but we made it work. Communication was great with the property manager. The internet connection wasn't the best when we wanted to watch tv to unwind from our day and the bed wasnt the most comfortable. It had a terrible sag in the middle. I was contacted quickly and offered another property to use for the weekend. Our stay was great. They communicated with us about the change and were up front about it. The only thing we had a issue with was I sent a message saying the wifi network wasn’t coming up for us to connect to it and the password we had didn’t work for any of the WiFi networks that did show up. I sent that message saying the network wasn’t even showing up for us even when we searched it, so we couldn’t even try the password for the true network it was suppose to go to, and I got a response a day later into our stay saying what the network was suppose to be and the same password we tried. So what I had said was pretty much ignored. The fact that the network wasn’t there for us to even try at all and they sent a message back pretty much giving us the same information we already had that wasn’t working. It wouldn’t be a big deal, but we picked that place because in the description it had wifi, and we left our two small kids at home for our anniversary trip and didn’t have great service at the cabin, and coincidentally there was bad storms headed towards home and us the last night of the trip so it would’ve been nice to have wifi to contact where our kids were better. Other than that issue, the place is great. ##### Amber B.
