We recommend that you download an "offline map" in your Map program. It will let you navigate our cabin and around the area (automatically) even if you don't have cell coverage. It was hard to find and the driveway is steep and kind of difficult to get up in my non 4 wheel drive vehicle bur we made it.Pros: This is clearly someones home its lovingly decorated and maintained and was spotless when we arrived. The cabin is much larger than the pictures portray. There is alot of space and beds. Wonderful kitchen!The deck is huge. But the real star of this cabin is the pool. Perfect. We spent all our time there. The kids loved it. Cons: not many but the internet was spotty ( i had to run the tvs on my mobile hotspot), the path to the pool is steep and could use a railing, the air hockey table and fireplace didnt work, the deck could use some new bigger furniture but worst of all the hot tub was not functional at all our entire stay. The owner was responsive and apologetic when problems were brought to their attention. That’s one of the main reasons I wanted a cabin. Once we got there the property was very overgrown and not well kept at all. The inside was decent definitely not like the pictures though. Cobwebs everywhere. The upstairs “game room” the basketballs were flat and also an apple with a bite taken out of it was left in a chair.The back porch was very dirty. The pool was cloudy with trash left from previous guests. The yard was basically weeds. My partner also had to scrub your moldy baking pan just so we could cook.The outside was terrible: rotten wood on porch, weed overgrowth, and algae pool. Not to mention the moldy furniture on deck. We never got to use the pool because of the condition. And your hot tub? It was locked down. Probably because of all the MOLD GROWTH. I can submit evidence, if you request.Let's discuss all of the JUNK behind the pool. You haven't serviced that property in how many years? Children's toys? A disgraceful solar cover? The out doors was very nice. We loved sitting on the deck when it wasn’t raining. Kids enjoyed the pool and wanted to stay in it the whole time. Plenty of cooking supplies. So many things that I forgot but they had it right there. I always worry when I stay away from home because I am so picky about my beds. I melted into this bed. I love it and would have gladly paid the fee to bring it home with me haha. Over all. Love the place. Check in and communication with the host was great but place itself was not. We arrived right at the 4pm check in time and the place was a complete mess. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room were completely untouched from the last guests. Cleaning was not done at all before we arrived. Pool and hot tub are also far from clean. Pictures of the pool in the listing are very misleading. Please check with host before you arrive if cleaning was completed, we got a full refund. Was just a pain since we had to find a last minute place to stay. The customer service team was great in helping us get our money back in full. ##### Estefania R. We checked in and the pool guys showed up. We obviously drove a long way and kids wanted to get in so they were asked to come back the next morning but never showed. Needless to say we were responsible for contacting pool guy which was annoying and we were swimming in green water for a few days. Cabin provided us with one garbage bag and two rolls of toilet paper. That's for a seven day stay with 11 guests. No cups, but a ton of coffee mugs. This is not a 12 person cabin! Nothing was provided for 12\. Pans were disgusting. Kid cups were moldy, washer had a moldy smell. Floors were dirty. We were also told if we wanted to get rid of our trash we can drive a Mike down to the dump. Nobody wanted to take their trash on their cars when we paid a cleaning fee ##### Lauren S. Our kids played in the pool for hours. The pool man came a couple of times to tend to the pool, and was very nice. The house was clean and well stocked. It was easy to access via the gravel road and the GPS led us right there with no issue. The cabin was in top condition and was extremely clean. We appreciated the small touches like hand soap, body wash, paper products, coffee pods, sugar, etc. The pool water was clean and there was plenty of seating. The only reason we rated "4" for cleanliness was due to a lot of old floats, toys, goggles, etc. in the pool area. It didn't impact our stay though! The owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions. Also flagging that we were able to use Instacart for grocery delivery without any issue. Might help other families for a future visit. The visit went well we don’t come from much so to get the opportunity was awesome, the location of the cabin was beautiful , very reasonably close to every attraction in the area 15 20 min drive tops, everything listed was right, the internet was terrible all the tvs work on roku so they REQUIRE internet to use so unfortunately we couldn’t use them like any of them if u could get shows to work it won’t b long, the property manager says internet should be upgraded as soon as possible, also hot tub needed maintenance but was awesome when it did function properly, but aside from that luckily the cabin is in such a great spot and there are plenty of things to do, the pool is awesome, I mean AMAZING, it’s like 3&1/2 all the way to 6 ft yes 6 ft, so really great for whole family of 8, I would definitely stay here again, everything in the house was very clean and well kept, fully set kitchen, OVERALL wonderful Amazing and very memorable stay ##### Jacob S. Séjour de 2 nuits en avril 2023 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Richard B. 6 avr. 2023 #### Not as pictured on website We arrived about an hour and a half after checking time locks were not working could not get into the cabin for about 20 minutes had no cell phone service finally got a hold of the owner he had to provide a lockbox key someone came out to the property and was there for about an hour trying to set the lock pool was terribly dirty cloudy stuff all over the bottom hot tub cover was off hot tub was completely cold dirty across the bottom no chemicals in it bags of open pesticides on outside of the house spilled around driveway area wires exposed on the house fencing was broke rusted sharpened jagged there was these metal studs sticking out of the concrete all the way around the pool I ended up cutting my foot on one while looking at the pool went in and got a bottle of shock for the pool after the third day it was okay but it was only a 5-day stay inside of the house was clean no real issues there just was not provided what was advertised on your website the outside amenities were not great and definitely not as listed they had the pool people come out the following day they said the pool was not open yet this year and he didn't suggest swimming in it until being treated which is when I went and bought the bottle of shock then the owner asked if he could send someone out for a third day I refuse the third day because we only had a 5-day stay and I didn't want someone working on the property while we were there trying to enjoy a private vacation the view from our back deck was a tipped over outhouse on a cabin they're working on next door smell was not great owner was helpful trying to get the key situation taken care of was not helpful at all about the outside amenities just stated that people were just there and had swam in it I don't know how cuz the pool was disgusting Kevin next to us was being built there was a crew of people there everyday at 8:00 a.m. till about 7:00 at night working hammering saw and banging guys talking swearing this was just not a great stay I don't know that I will ever use your application again I will go back to the other rental place where I have had no problems owner did offer $100 gift card for inconvenience but I feel what I paid for for the house and what I got after arriving was not fair and I do feel ripped off I have pictures of property in pool as well ##### Richard B.
