With a perfect location that is close & easy to drive to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Inside has an open floor plan with a modern design: \- Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances \- Upstairs living room with an electric fireplace. \- Downstairs family room w/ full size arcade game & a variety of board games. \- 2 Private bedrooms - 1 king (downstairs) & 1 queen (upstairs). \- 1 Queen sleeper sofa (downstairs) \- 2 Private bathrooms w/modern tile showers, w/ tub. There are smart TVs in each living room & both bedrooms, with high-speed internet, so you can log into your favorite streaming services. Streaming services only, no cable TV, so please bring your own log ins. Location Highlights: \*HIDDEN GEM\* Only 2 miles from the Sevierville Park & Family Aquatic Center - This park offers a large community pool, water slides, tennis/pickleball courts, & a great dog park. On-street parking is on a slight slope directly in front of the cabin for at least two cars. The cleaners will provide some basic items to get your stay started: toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer pods, dish detergent, laundry pods, dryer sheets. We will also provide all bath towels & linens needed for your stay. Please plan to bring additional supplies for the duration of your stay. Some common insects that may show up during your stay: Lady Bugs, Millipedes, Scorpions, Carpenter Bees, and Wasp. There is also plenty of wildlife in the mountains of Tennessee. Do not approach or feed any wild animals. Bears are common in this area, do not leave any food in your car or outside while not attended. Make sure to lock all doors & keep all trash secured in the bear proof trash bin. \*If winter weather arises, 4WD vehicles are recommended to avoid being snowed in. If there is any snow storm expected, you should be prepared with necessary food and any other supplies. \*NO PARTIES - quiet time is from 10pm-8am. \*NO SMOKING INSIDE THE CABIN - Smoking of any kind including vapor and e-cigarettes is NOT permitted inside the cabin. Any extra cleaning fees due to smoking will be passed on to guest. \*A Ring security camera is located at the front of the cabin overlooking driveway & at the front door, that will capture video & audio. It is motion activated and is capable of recording and transmitting video to the owner via the Ring App. This is for security and safety reasons. There was a drawer inside the freezer that kept the freezer from closing properly. The bedroom door downstairs didn’t close properly and would move in squeak with operation of heat/air. This cabin is perfect in so many ways. It was clean and cozy and a great location. Just minutes from Dollywood. We had this trip planned for months and our previous host cancelled our reservations one week before we were to leave. I’m so thankful I came across this place. Immediately after booking, the host was right on it. I received an informational email, paperwork was super quick/easy, BUT what really won me over was the courtesy of the host. They were so kind. Moving onto the cabin itself- STUNNING! We were amazed at how welcoming the space was. You truly felt at home walking in the door. It was beautiful, so quiet and clean! We visit this area frequently and I have to say this had to have been my favorite trip. Already planning to go back and stay in the fall! ##### Kendra C. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It was very clean and well stocked for our 3 night stay. It’s cute and modern. It’s a small little cabin on the inside but worked well for our family of 6 (4 adults 2 children). The hot tub was nice and clean! When you walk in from outside you walk in to the 2nd level where the kitchen, living room and queen bed and bath is and downstairs is an additional living room with TV, games, and pull out sofa (the best part and where the kiddos spent most of their time) as well as the king bed and bath and access to the hot tub. The layout works great for some privacy! The kitchen had every thing we needed. One of the big Teflon pans was pretty scratched up on the inside so we couldn’t use it to cook but made it work with the smaller one. Location was great for us! We tend to like to shy away from inner city but still be close and this was perfect. We could be in PF within 10 minutes Gatlinburg in about 25 minutes and Cades Cove in less than an hour. We had partial and distant Mountain views from both the front porch and the hot tub on the back lower porch. We would definitely stay here again in the future and have already forwarded the link to some friends and family looking for a cabin! Very clean, great location and affordable!! Book it! Would stay again and recommend your place to others. Only thing I hated was I think places like these should also have a phone service to call if needed. Not all people have access to the internet or want to deal without people interaction. It would be a second thought if we do decide to stay again about not having someone to talk to if needed.
