I know it’s going to be cold weather during our stay and specifically looking for properties having these. It was extremely disappointing that either the internet, hot tub or the fire pit were in working condition. There was no mobile network signal near this location. With no internet we were disconnected to outside world not connect to TVs. Management is not open after 9pm. There is an emergency number but they will only take the complaint and say that they will inform to management next day. If anything breaks after 9pm, expect that it will not be fixed until the following day. This property is more than 30 mins drive to any attractions in Pegion Forge and about 1.5 hrs to Gatlinburg. The property is very secluded, clean and easy to find via Google Maps. That’s the only good thing about this. Overall not a very satisfactory experience and would not stay in this property again. ##### Kripal Y. Down stairs was nice with plenty of activities and the outdoor area was nice especially the screened in porch but we went in December so it really didn’t benefit us. Kitchen area and dishes were not very clean. The location was 30 mins from Pigeon Forge and in the middle of no where. The drive way was steep with a sharp turn but there was plenty of parking for our vehicles. So mostly cons than pros but we did have a good time while we were there. ##### Lisa H. The only problem we had was the Wi-Fi wouldn’t work but probably because we were in the country, 15-20 miles out of town. And the hot tub was out of order, but they notified us about it before we got there, so we were aware. Overall a very nice short vacation for our family weekend getaway, had a good time!
