Yes, you can stay at a cabin resort with dozens of cabins all lined up within short distance of each other. But if you're really hoping for a peaceful getaway that's only a few minutes from the parkway in Pigeon Forge, your search can end right here :) TIP: To see just how secluded it is, check out the very last two photos. One is looking up the road to the left and the other is looking down the road to the right. Trees everywhere and plenty of peaceful privacy! SUMMER FUN IS ON Your cabin stay includes access to Honeysuckle Meadows pool and fishing pond (open May 1-Oct 1). It's a scenic drive(12.5 miles) and we think you'll enjoy it as you wind toward Wears Valley. The pool is pristine and even has a walk-up grill by the pool, should you want something to eat or drink. Bring your fishing poles and you can fish in the catch-and-release pond. This adorable one bedroom retreat has both a front and back porch. Enjoy quiet evenings rocking on the front porch as you tend the grill for dinner. Or step out on the screened back deck with a lemonade in hand to enjoy the porch swing. Have dinner on the deck. Or take a relaxing soak in the new hot tub (2023). The Cabin at Sunrae Ridge offers so much outdoor living to guests, you'll love it any time of the year. The wooded views make you feel like you're high up in a treehouse. Inside, you'll find all the comforts for a great stay: New large screen smart TV, fast wireless internet, a live edge office desk, classic 60-in-1 video game table and a nicely outfitted kitchen with new appliances (2023). Enjoy a great night's rest on the king bed. There's a 32" TV in the bedroom as well. The opposite side of the bedroom has a generous office space with good lighting and a high-backed office chair. Need to check emails from work? You've got a perfect space for quiet space to take care of business. The sleeper sofa folds out to a queen bed--perfect for kids or an extra guest. The bathroom has two access doors (from the bedroom and the living room), so guests sleeping on the pull-out bed have convenient access. We provide nice quality pillows, blanket and sheets so you can easy make up the sleeper sofa. The Cabin at Sunrae Ridge is only 2 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge at Light 3, so you'e only minutes from the heart of shopping, shows, attractions and great food. Dollywood is 6 miles away; the Cal Ripken Experience, 4 miles and The Island in Pigeon Forge is only 2.5 miles. Two alpine coasters are just down the road: Smoky Mountain Alpine Coaster (.6 of a mile) and Goats on the Roof Coaster (1.1 miles). The cabin is a cozy retreat close to everything in Pigeon Forge. It is peaceful overall you do hear on occasion a load car or motorcycle or a scream on the alpine coaster. The bed was the only downside it is very firm we ended up getting a pillow top topper delivered from Amazon the second day which made the difference.for the rest of our stay. The hot tub could have used a bit of attention but was not something to fuss over because the rest of the stay was wonderful. We would certainly book again for future stays. If we hadn’t I think we and our dogs would have not enjoyed our time. There is not a lot of space for the dogs outside. And they have very strict expectations of kenneling dogs and where they sleep. So dogs who are used to being out all the time would likely not enjoy this as they expect them to sleep in their kennels or on the floor and be kenneled when you’re gone. So unless you plan on your dog going every where with you likely not a good fit. Our dogs are used to sleeping on the bed our house is their house so they would have had to sleep in the kennel or they would have been on the bed and they’re larger and more energetic so they would t have been with us the whole time so it just would have been bad for them and would have been nice to know upfront the expectations as we likely wouldn’t have booked this location as for this trip being a holiday we felt best and most efficient to bring our dogs but last minute felt we couldn’t finding out new information. Also vrbo didn’t give us space to account for the dogs when booking ##### Kelsi S. The hot-tub wasn’t clean when we arrived, but the manager was quick to take care of, which we appreciated. The cabin had somewhat of an oder. Once the air conditioning was on & going in/out the front, it seemed to get a little better…but always there. The manager, Jen was very nice & easy to communicate with. Jen was extremely responsive and helpful. The hot tub was clean and the screened in porch was nice for the dogs to roam around. The location was great. We were close to parkway but still far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. My only complaint was the hot water was extremely hot. It would literally steam straight from the faucet. It had a great place to walk up to a small grassy area. I loved that you could see the alpine slides but yet you were in the woods. The location was secluded but yet a few minutes from all the attractions we were visiting. The cabin was well stocked and very nice. We loved the hot tub and my husband loved the arcade. ##### wes e.
