For a place that sleeps 12 we had no dish towels, 3 dinner plates and two tall glass. The grill was thrown down over the hill broken. The fire pit is useable but cumbersome. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed playing pool, getting in the hot tub, the theater room and sitting on the back porch in the shade.
