The house is out in a residential area with most of the drive just being some rolling through the valley but no switchbacks or sharp inclines or anything like that. We manage a few cabins deep in the woods with switchbacks and unposted roads and this is definitely NOT that kind of place. A shoe in for future stays, hands down excellent This is a great location if you want to bypass congestion and if you travel with pets. The townhouse was super clean, nicely decorated for the season. It had everything we needed, and a nice space for our kennel and area for dog-walking. My husband loved the location and its accessibility to Dollywood, Gatlinburg /The Great Smokies bypassing heavy traffic. We are fans and look forward on booking again! The location is convenient to everything Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville, and it's in a quiet neighborhood. The king bed is comfortable, and the whole townhome was clean. I had only two minor quibbles: the king bed squeaks quite loudly, so each time I moved or got up, it woke my husband up; and despite the listing saying there was an iron and ironing board, I could not find them, so I had to attend my events with wrinkled shirts. The mattresses were comfortable. The master bed was low to the floor, but it was comfortable. For the price we paid, we were pleased overall. The only complaints we would have is that the second floor was very warm at night and we could have used another sheet set for the pull out sofa. The upstairs felt as though there was no air. Temperature upstairs felt like 80 while downstairs was 60\. The key entrance was difficult to operate. Unfortunately, there's a few small issues that I found with this rental was there were bugs and the neighborhood, which has wonderful potential unfortunately has some major tin it issues. Don't care about putting their trash in the dumpster because the 2 days that I stayed there, it was all over the neighborhood. It is very convenient to town and Dollywood, and all the attractions it's simple to get to, I'm very close to the hospital. It gives a feel of being tucked away periodway. ##### Miracle M. I’m used to the cabins being all decorated. This was kind of plain. The hot tub was very nice. The tv’s are a problem if you are not used to Roku or streaming. And the master bedroom has just a mattress. So it is super low to the floor. It had 2 and a half baths, which was very nice and Lawrence the owner was super quick if you had any questions.
