Throughout the house, the bedrooms are paired with bathrooms, so you aren't waiting to take that shower after your hike or day out on the town. When you have a cloudy or rainy day, you and your family or friends can enjoy your own private indoor pool. When it is time to unwind, you can walk outside and take in the surroundings with your very own hot tub; fully drained, cleaned & refilled between each guest. Our location is a short drive to many of these great attractions, dining and shopping spots in the area while being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. None of the pictured items/furniture in this listing were found in our cabin!Next, we encountered multiple issues which were not resolved during our stay: the dishwasher was broken so we had to wash all dishes by hand. And since there were only utensils for 6 people, we had to wash after every meal (the listing specifically mentions 12 people, but only half of those can eat, apparently!). The AC/Heat did not work on the main floor, so we had to either open doors to cool the place off, or suffer the cold during the night at other times.When I contacted the "manager" the first day, I was told they would "let the team know," which is the same thing I was told for the remaining 3 days via text, email, and phone calls. No one ever came out to the cabin to repair the issues, or just to make sure we were ok. This is DANGEROUS for anyone staying in the mountains in winter, and I hope this will be addressed immediately.There were many other dangerous issues in this cabin, including a hanging board with exposed nails at face-level in a bathroom, a gap between the pool liner and concrete "flooring" that could trap fingers, toys, or hair, no steps for the hot tub, and metal flaps and rungs from a missing theater chair since they were not bolted to the floor. ![Thermostat during the warmest part of day; it was much colder in the mornings and night our last two days. Experienced issues with pool temp (too cold then boiling(104)), broken dishwasher, difficulty in locking front door of cabin 1154 to keep belongings safe. Unsafe broken trim pieces in bathroom off pool.
