This little A-frame cabin is a tiny home and is tucked away in Sevier Country (Sevierville) in the Smoky Mountains in Sevier County, Tennessee. This hidden gem allows guests to get away from it all, slow down, relax, and reconnect with each other. This cabin provides visitors with the beauty and calm of the Great Smoky Mountains, while also having quick access to the numerous regional attractions. ★There are also hiking trails close by for the nature enthusiast. ★This gorgeous tiny A-frame cabin is nestled in tranquil wooded landscape allowing you to enjoy the local wildlife and make you feel you are at one with nature. ★Pamper yourself in the hot tub to attain maximal recuperation after your mountain hikes. Local Attractions: It is 13 miles from The Grand Majestic Theater, Country Tonite Theatre, Dolly Parton's Stampede and Dollywood. Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies is 16 miles away. 14 miles to Douglas Lake The nearest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport, 41 miles. It is also the following distances from these local attractions: Great Smokey Mountains National Park: 17 miles Gatlinburg: 16 miles Sevierville: 9 miles Pigeon Forge: 13 miles Dollywood: 13 miles Buc-ee’s: 19 miles Ober Ski In Gatlinburg: 21miles Douglas Lake: 14 miles ★The whole cabin is available for use. There is a gravel driveway to park in. No steep roads to get to cabin. There is no public transportation available in the area. ★You will be sent a virtual guidebook upon signing the rental agreement. House Guidelines: ★ We rent to guests over 18 years of age (children with parents as guests are allowed) ★ Quiet Time starts at 10 pm to 6 am. ★ No parties or events. ★Pets are NOT allowed. ★We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, Keurig coffee, and dish soap. You may need to buy more. ★You will likely see and hear critters. We have regular Pest Control. ★Absolutely no fires outside of the designated bonfire pit. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. ★Outdoor cooking can be done on the charcoal grill or at the bon fire pit. There is a grill grate to use over the bon fire pit which you can currently use for cooking (feel free to bring your charcoal/wood chips). You will need to acquire a wood bundle, fire starter, and/or matches during your stay. ★ Bears are active and dangerous. Be aware and do not leave any trash outside of the bear safe trash receptacle. ★We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart. We can arrange cleaning during your stay for an extra $200 per clean. ★Use Hot tub and Sauna AT YOUR OWN RISK! Do not use hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or pregnant. ★No unauthorized late check-out or early check-in. These can be added on for a $50 service fee pending availability. If a guest does not vacate the property by checkout on the morning of their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50 for the first half hour and $100 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property. ★Note, the water source is well and it is a new well (water will be yellow at times due to iron but it has been inspected and verified for safety and an iron filtration system is in place). You may want to bring bottled water for your comfort or just in case the well has a low water table. No refunds for water being yellow as it has been inspected and verified for safety. We do have a more robust filtration system scheduled to be installed in early 2025 (filter system already in place). ★No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control, including low water supply due to a low water table. We recommend purchasing independent travel insurance. ★Condiments, zip locks, and toiletries (outside of handwashing soap and dish soap) are not provided. ★ There is no baby gear (cribs, etc) available on property but is rentable from BabyQuip to be delivered to the property (pending availability). ★Absolutely no fires outside of the designated bonfire pit. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages. ★No Smoking. Evidence of smoking indoors will incur a $500 charge. ★Damages to the property or inadequate clean up could result in addition cleaning charges. ★Trash cannot be left outside the locked garbage bins. We offer a mid-stay pickup that is $35 per trip if needed. The trash that's left out will entice bears to stay around. ★Rental agreement must be signed to secure booking. The morning before you arrive we will send Check-in details with access code arriving at your check-in time. A security deposit of up to $300 is required.
