Luxury cottage by the water

Luxurious, newly built 2400 SF. Cottage with spectacular views from any place inside the property. Exquisitely designed and decorated. Located on the Severn River at the mouth of Sparrow Lake. Just 5 minute walk to the Lauderdale Point Marina, rent a boat for the day, enjoy it, park and secure it just in front of your cottage in our large floating dock or take your paddle board to ride and relax with the scenic view of the river shores; forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Available when need it.

Just one block walk to Lauderdale Marina.

WE HAVE:
- Two kayaks on the property that we rent. They have an extra cost and a signed waiver is required.

- Wood-fired pizza oven that we rent for an extra charge. Not only does it cook the pizza quickly. It also helps the ingredients retain their freshness and flavor. Try it!

Great time at the cottage

This place is very clean and spacious. Kitchen is modern. The waterfront view was very nice too. Our family very much enjoyed the stay at this cottage.

Excellent stay with a note on the location

Overall, the hosts were great. The place was modern and updated and very clean, everything was well kept and the property and the water were beautiful. On the location: I didn't realize from the pictures how close the neighbors are. It's like being at a cottage in the suburbs. The neighbours were all nice but it being the first long weekend of the summer, everyone was doing lawn and deck maintenance which meant constant noise during the day. It didn't feel at all secluded. On a similar note, the property is directly across the water from a main travel road that got frequent traffic On the owners: Overall, lovely experience, great communication, easy check-in, but some additional supplies in the cottage like garbage bags and some cleaning supplies like dishwasher detergent works have been helpful to make check out easier. Those are things I wouldn't have thought to bring with.
