Going room by room so you know what to expect. Bedroom- The bed is very small. It’s a full size bed. A queen size bed will be even better for two people. The current bed is very worn and not comfortable. The air conditioner in the bedroom does not get cold enough and when you use the fan, it is very loud. Bathroom- When you shower, the water leaks onto the bathroom floor And causes a bit of a flood. Hopefully this get fixed really soon. The kitchen is good everything that you would need. The living room is very spacious and bright, but the couch is very worn and sunken in. The patio is good, but the drying rack is broken so not usable. The entryways can do with a bit of cleaning so that the bugs do not pileup. Great private beach and comfortable. When you choose your unit, be aware if you see the note about no children under 8, that only applies to certain units and not the entire property, as we thought. We had a downstairs unit, and if the upstairs guests are noisy, you will hear them very clearly. Would recommend though! ##### Mark M. It was very quiet which is what we were looking for. It’s not too far from a grocery store and a small cafe/restaurant which was nice. The beach is not busy, and we were fortunate enough to meet a few owners. One especially made our stay delightful and we enjoyed getting to know them! ##### Court P. Very quiet and peaceful outside. The unit however felt dark and grubby. The pillows on the bed need to be replaced so does the mattress. The bathroom fan is really annoying and there was no hot water in the shower. All the carpeting felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years. And it was dark inside. ##### Claire D. The apartment was very clean and remodeled recently. The only thing that needs improvement is the noise level from the fan innthe bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed every moment. Marjie was great. First floor walk out patio and beach, perfect! Updated, clean condo with all amenities you would need. Easy check in check out process. Check out time of 10:00am a bit too early. My husband and I had a most relaxing stay at White Sands. The unit was spotless and all communications were simple with quick replies. There was plenty of space to be comfortable and stepping out the door to bE right on the beach, steps away from the beautiful crystal clear waters is priceless. The unit had all the basic necessities to get started for the week and the grocery store is close. Would recommend providing a few “pool noodles” for those of us who just want to float for hours 😀 Have already booked a trip back to White Sands in August. Definitely a favorite spot for us. Updated unit and very clean. Bedding should be updated but that's an easy fix. Short drive to plenty of restaurants and sights. Will definitely be back to this spot when we make it back to the caymans - there's a lot to be said about being right on the water and not hassling with finding a public beach/chairs/etc when renting inland. ##### Ben L.
