It was stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, beach towels, washer/dryer, etc. the beach was right off of our back porch and there were two beach chairs for us to use. The beach was clean and a short walk to Cocoloba for a drink/dinner. Marji, the property manager, was very informative. We had the best stay here. It was perfect! ##### Leslie P. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was great. You're right on the beach and able to watch every sunrise and sunset. The unit is as described, modern and very clean. When you choose your unit, be aware if you see the note about no children under 8, that only applies to certain units and not the entire property, as we thought. We had a downstairs unit, and if the upstairs guests are noisy, you will hear them very clearly. Would recommend though! ##### Mark M. The apartment was very clean and remodeled recently. The only thing that needs improvement is the noise level from the fan innthe bathroom. Other than that we enjoyed every moment. Marjie was great.
