The Space: This beautiful, second-floor one-bedroom apartment showcases modern design, featuring clean lines, tasteful decor, and a soothing blend of natural tones and textures that create a relaxing atmosphere. The living area is spacious, with natural light streaming through large balcony doors, providing views of lush tropical surroundings. The master bedroom offers a plush queen-sized bed, an ensuite luxury bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. Guest Access: The Guest has access to the entire apartment as well as the rooftop BBQ and pool area located on the 2nd Floor of Building D. The Neighborhood: Seven Mile Beach is not only the most popular beach in the Cayman Islands, but often ranked among the top in the world. Lined with luxury resorts and restaurants, this wide, sugary white stretch of sand is perfect for snorkeling, jetskiing, sunbathing or just grabbing a book and relaxing under a shady palm tree. The Grove is a modern complex with the islands best restaurants, shops and bars all in one place. Getting Around: Everything you need is nearby but you can rent a car to explore or hop on an electric bike, e-scooter, taxis or public bus. The beach is located less than 1 min walk across the road and through the easily accessible path between the Great House and Avalon condominiums. Other Things to Note: This is a mixed-use property with restaurants, stores, gyms (see information below), etc. on the ground floor. Music and other sounds may be heard from the various businesses located on the property. The Grove features The Rec Room Gym offering private and membership options. The private gym (Pavilion) provides a boutique training facility with luxury therapy rooms, a red-light room, and cryotherapy chamber. Prebooking or appointments are required, with separate pricing for members and non-members. The luxury membership gym offers elite equipment and innovative fitness classes in high-end studios, requiring an annual membership fee. Non-members can access the Courtyard facilities at a weekly or monthly rate (classes not included and no day passes available). If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
