Located on the third floor, this penthouse condo offers unobstructed views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, which is just meters away. The private over-sized terrace is a perfect place to relax, lounge on a sun lounger, and enjoy the stunning views during the day or to savor an al fresco dining experience or watching the sun setting over the ocean in front of you. The terrace is accessible from both the open-plan living area and the master bedroom. The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and 2 basins. The Space: The second and third bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and two twin beds, respectively. Bedroom 2 has a vanity desk in case you need an area to work from time to time. The second bathroom features a single vanity and walk-in shower. The condo is strictly a non-smoking condo. Smoking will forfeit the deposit (which will be used to deep clean the unit for our next guests). Located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach Area, Sunset Cove offers unrivaled convenience with direct access to Seven Mile Beach itself. Say goodbye to traffic woes as you simply descend the stairs (please note there is no lift for the first-floor unit) and step onto the sandy shores or traverse the beautiful gardens to access the swimming pools and amenities. Please be advised that our condo strictly upholds a non-smoking policy. Smoking within the premises will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which will be utilized for a thorough deep cleaning to maintain the comfort of our future guests. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted within the condo complex. We kindly request that all sun tan sprays be applied outdoors and indoor furniture be used with dry clothes to ensure its longevity and cleanliness. If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$1,500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
