"The hotel is close to the airport. It seems very modern, and has a huge outdoor pool area that was getting a lot of use by other tourists. My room was nice and comfortable, and the staff were great."

"Overall i like the hotel, the bed and pillows was good, the only thing that i dont like is the wet floor after shower. The water went out from the shower area and made the bathroom floor all wet. "

"This is the best hotel you can stay at in KL. There is so much to do just in the hotel. A child friendly place with many children activities. The breakfast buffet is amazing there is so much to choose from. The food is fresh and real food is offered. The only thing I didn’t like is the house keeping , the room attendants didn’t clean the rooms properly. The laundry service is also very expensive. I paid 426 MYR for abit of laundry. I used the laundry 24 hour service across the road from the hotel and it was only 60 MYR"

"Overall it was good with big rooms. Just that on one day when the music played suddenly in our room..it took them long to take action until my husband has to call them 3 times. However they do give an apology gift, just that we feel prompt action could be given."
