However the bedrooms need updating asap. There is no water, coffee facility, there is only soap available, hairdryer and phone in the room. The condition of the walls, ceilings, carpet needs some work as it looks so dated. Especially housekeeping, they were always so kind in the hallways. Front desk is also kind as well. Really great people. I will be honest and say that I did not like the carpet in the room rooms. It felt a little dirty… I don’t think it was any part of the housekeeping. It’s just having carpet overtime gets gross. The hotel is away from the main areas of Setúbal that I was planning on visiting, but there’s a bus stop nearby, and Bolt services (which if you live in the US is basically just like Uber.) the restaurant nearby is pretty good too for traditional Portuguese food and drink. Plus there is a good football game on, and it was fun to watch people get excited about the teams. The resturant opposite - Os Barros - was great for lunch/dinner, though getting across the road on foot was a bit hairy. Breakfast selection was ok - enough to get you on your way for the day.
