Jul 27, 2022 Liked: Check-in, communication Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy #### Notre pire séjour Nous sommes très déçu, le frigo mal positionné, pour le nettoyer et se servir c’est du sport! ( quand on a des soucis de dos, c’est une catastrophe) nous avons dormi dans un matelas rempli d’urine, dans l’autre chambre, (le matelas était pareil) nous avons fait comme nous pouvons pour ne pas avoir contact en faisant des frais de draps couette. Vu le montant de la caution bloquer, c’est un matelas à changer des personnes responsables ! Le lit ne fait que grincer au moindre mouvement. La machine à café était dans un état très sale. Les casseroles très sales, les couverts n’en parlons pas, il faut vraiment contrôler l’hygiène pour les suivants! On a passé une matinée à nettoyer. L’appartement est côté route, donc c’est bruyant, nous n’avons pas pu dormir, vu les 38 40 degrés, on a pas eu le choix, de laisser les fenêtres ouvertes. Je loue à la marina depuis 3ans, jamais nous avons eu une surprise comme cet appartement ! J’aurai bien demander, un geste de remboursement sur le prix de cet appartement ! Je ne pénalise pas l’agence, (sauf signaler le changement des matelas au propriétaire, mettre un lit adapter) les locataires doivent être vigilants et penser aux locataires suivants ! ##### Cindy P.
