Charming studio apartment of approximately 19 m², complemented by a 5 m² enclosed loggia offering a beautiful view of Mont Saint-Clair. Located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, it faces east. The beaches are just 200 m away, and shops are within walking distance. The living area includes a kitchenette equipped with two electric hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a washing machine, as well as a double sofa bed and a television. At the entrance, a sleeping alcove offers two 70 cm bunk beds. The bathroom, with shower and sink, also includes a toilet. The apartment has a private parking space, number 17\. Pets are welcome. OPTIONAL services subject to availability: bed linen rental (€10 per bed), towel rental (€10 per person), end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) €60, Mini Wi-Fi box (€39/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries.  
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax (5.5% of the stay price) and security deposit (€300) by card.
